List of American Pain And Wellness - Plano Tx's Reviews
Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Blevins, and they stated a needed a referral from my doctor (completely understandable), my doctor faxed/emailed over the referral. Then they call a week later stating they need my records before making an appointment. They work hard at not trying to schedule an appointment with and the front office staff is very rude. Save yourself the TIME and see someone else. @American Pain and Wellness - DO BETTER. Invest in training your front office staff.
Great docs- they really helped me with my back pain Dr Remer and Dr Belvin are awesome I would highly recommend.
The staff is so friendly here and they take great care of their patients! I would definitely recommend to anyone.
The entire group of doctors at American pain and wellness are fantastic!! The most caring and informative group of pain management doctors out there!! I highly recommend this group! They genuinely care!!!
Had a great experience staff was pleasant very nice office the doctors have a great bedside manner would highly recommend AA++
While in a great amount of pain this company took 1.5 weeks to schedule me. Then 2 days prior to my appointment they cancel on me because they don’t take my insurance. I am not upset that they don’t take my insurance. However I am incredibly frustrated that they waited a week to inform me of this while in pain, further delaying my procedure my another week
November 1st 2018, I went to see Dr reamer and I was taking to a back room where I must of waited for over an hour. I was then seen by a assistent Kimberly.she was very loud and rude as well.she had prescribed me Zoloft which I had a bad reaction to.I told her my father and I were very competitive.she told me I need to cut him out of my life like a bad cancer.I told her that was very unprofessional and I did not want to see her again.then I tried speaking to Dr reamer who seemed to have no care in the world about it.as I was leaving I tried to make my appt for a follow-up and as I was informing one of the ladies up front in a nice way of what was said by Kimberly they told me to shut my mouth.I told them not to speak to me in that manner or to not violate my first admendment of the u s constitution freedom of speech ,and in the process they called the police on me,here I am disabled with broken vertabre in back and neck .I've seen Dr reamer for 2 years never had a problem.so watch out for Kimberly and of course Dr reamer showed his real self yesterday.I think I am going to find another pain Dr.I will be fileing complaints wi the state.
I was referred to this place. I cannot get into my VA (long story)and spend thousands of dollars in treatment. Went to see Dr. Reemer and it was a joke. My back is 9/10-10 on their pain scale almost everyday. It causes sciatic pain all the way down to my feet 24/7. His answer to my pain was a urinalysis and injection..... The injection did not reduce pain, instead it created more pain. I cannot believe nor do I understand how these practitioners blindly practice medicine. Absolutely sickening and depressing.
If you ever need a therapeutic massage Amanda is the one! She is very detailed in gathering information about the areas that are causing the most pain and works in those. Then once that get works on then the rest of the massage is great! REMEMBER-regular massages have many, many benefits!
I have been a patient with Dr. Remer for over 7 years and I have received nothing but exceptional service and treatment dealing with chronic back and neck pain. A+++

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
