I have to see Dr Mac every 3 months for exams. He is an awesome Dr and I have 100 plus percent confidence in him. He listens and doesn’t rush you. Takes his time. Buzz is Office Manager and she is very helpful.

Just received a prerecorded message from this guy's office telling me that it's time to make an appointment. Never heard of him before. Is this how medical professionals are getting new business these days. I wouldn't trust this guy to trim my fingernails.

Dr. Macaluso is unprofessional and frankly unfit to be a physician. He is lax and allows students into (private examinations). Dr. Macaluso will tell you that he can assist you with a plan. As soon as he gets you into surgery, that plan is over and anything else that he said he good do is magically gone. I can not advise you to visit another physician more. Go to any network that is not TCRS. TCRS is a hive mind of collect unfit physicians including Burelson, Flores, Lowney, and Macaluso.

Dr. Macaluso operated on my father, Rolf and did an excellent job. He was thorough and provided excellent and compassionate care. His staff was amazing and so kind to my dad. Being a family full of medical providers I can tell you that Dr. Mac goes above and beyond in caring for his patients and I would send any of my family or friends his way with full confidence. Thank you Dr. Mac!

Doesn't know the long term effects of colon surgery very well. You will be perpetually prone to microbiome issues if you get colon surgery, the more the colon is removed the more severe. He did not tell me that (had I known I would not have opted for it) and he and his assistant seem content to not research whether colon surgery does this or not. In my opinion, that warrants a 1 star in spite of how polite they may be, because he failed to inform me the permanent damage he'd do to my GI tract.

The Most wonderful Doctor, i have ever seen, He been with my most complex horse-shoe fistula journey for 6 years, and also have supported me by placing seton to go through my pregnancy. he absolutely know everything about diagnosis, he been my life savior. He performed 3 surgeries in which my infection has been eradicated, and healed me completely. he is one of the best colo-rectal surgeon in US. I 100% recommend him for Fissures, fistula, and colonoscopy diagnosis.
