Dr Hickman is so sweet and I really enjoyed her honesty and overall kindness.

Dr Zink is the sweetest and most caring doctor I have ever seen. She is so into detail and will check everything to make sure you get the best care ever. Her staff is extremely kind too and I never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I love how close I can park and it’s very close to the entrance so you can be in and out fast.

My wife was overseas for 6 weeks during her 17-week pregnancy and only visited OB/GYN in Russia. After return we tried to make an initial appointment for prenatal care and were told that they won't accept my wife because their policy is to refuse all patients who's been out of States. We are legal permanent residents (green-card holders), with SSN, PPO insurance and established domicile in Texas. Wow.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Dr. Zink is absolutely AMAZING & her staff takes after her!!! No matter what you are going through during your pregnancy, she has a way of just of making you feel so calm!! Her staff is super energetic & lovable!!

If i could give her anything more than 5 stars, i would. We have a family today is because her. She made all possible diagnosis, timely followup and her expertise. We owe her our life for life. Her staff is the best staff i have come across recently.

My first experience at a MFM specialist was at a different clinic with a different doctor as suggested by my OB. It was an absolute nightmare and not enjoyable or exciting in any way. There was no way I was going back to this doctor so I made an appt with Dr. Zink as recommended by a colleague. My experience with Dr. Zink and staff at Maternal Fetal Medicine at Children’s Plano was completely different. The front desk always answered my calls promptly and answered any and all questions I had without being annoyed or unpleasant. I had to reschedule multiple times and they were always very helpful. On 4/22 we finally had our first appointment with Dr. Zink and the wait was not long at all. The nurse Denise was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail including what I could expect during this visit to put my mind at ease. She was a NICU nurse at one time which is an aspect of nursing I know nothing about. I have great respect for nurses as I myself was an ICU nurse for many years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She was so kind and alleviated any fears (instilled in my previous experience at the other clinic) that I or my husband had. Dr. Zink was just as pleasant. She was thorough during my ultrasound and explained everything in great detail. She answered all of our questions and really put us both at ease. Dr. Zink told us exactly what to expect for each visit and made sure she was in communication with my OB. She printed off pics taken during our ultrasound and labeled everything for us. I could not be more pleased with our experience at Maternal Fetal Medicine at Children’s Plano. I was in tears of joy when we left. I am not a first time mom, but I am a first time mom of twins with advanced maternal age which is slightly more terrifying than my first pregnancy 14 years ago. I was so happy to have received this referral and I will make sure anyone I know that needs MFM specialty gets the referral as well!!!

I went to Dr. Zink for complications related to my pregnancy. I was so delighted with the kindness of Dr. Zink and her staff. They made me feel positive and took a lot of care in walking me through all the details. We got the test results after a few days and all came out to be good. I am finally relieved and can enjoy the pregnancy now. I would recommend Dr. Zink to anyone who is in the need of support related to pregnancy complications

Everyone at this maternal fetal medicine office is so personable and nice! Dr Zink and her staff made this pregnancy a breeze and answered any questions I had! Thanks to their excellent care I have a beautiful and healthy baby girl!

I recently saw Dr. Ashley Zink for a consultation after losing a pregnancy a couple months prior. She was extremely helpful in answering our questions and addressing our concerns for a complicated situation. She was prepared and spent a very good amount of time with us. We definitely trusted her knowledge. The staff at her office were kind and easy to work with! I highly recommend!!
