I researched this procedure (immunoplasty)and was excited to try to get relief. I knew it wasn't covered by insurance. In my research I saw some testing was covered. At appt I was told testing would be $300. I didn't get full test so they told me it would be $200. I paid that and the full amt for the treatments. Then I get a bill for another $900. So they really charge $1100 for a skin test + another $400 for "nasal endoscopy"- they looked in my nose. I am furious. If I had known up front the cost I would have reconsidered. And after 3 months I don't feel any better.<br><br>I work at a hospital and I know what endoscopy entails. What I received was a glance at my nasal passages with a light. Same as my family doctor does during an exam. Definitely not a procedure or diagnostic.<br>I was told by office staff at initial consult and later by office manager twice that I shouldn't have a balance.<br>Very unethical billing practices.<br>I will make sure my colleagues and friends know about them.

I had an allergy test and sinoplasty here, and it was a seamless and incredibly time efficient! The staff has been nothing but helpful and Jofy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aspire!
