Aungel Evans's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Evans is the BEST. She's delivered 2/3 of my kiddos! I've been a patient since 2017. I would highly recommend. Very knowledgeful, patient and considerate. She also performed my tubal ligation which was an easy process. From insurance to post op, was great.

Dr. Evans is super friendly and seems to be compassionate. Would recommend her.

I absolutely love Aungel Evans!! She delivered our first child and it was the best experience! I was recommended to her by a great friend and I continue to recommend Aungel Evans! I have moved and drive over 30 minutes for her! Her staff is amazing too!

DR Evans is the best, I love how she is.. she has been my doctor for 5 years. Just today I called and there was this really really rude person. I told her I don’t speak really good English so I speak slow and she didn’t even let me finish my sentences, she didn’t even ask for my phone number or DOB. And I keep asking her if she need my phone number to look in the system my appointment. Plus I ask for her name and she just put me on hold for 20min and then I have to call back. Please talk to your staff because I have a really important question about my appointment and she didn’t even care about it. The staffs is horrible really I have been calling 5 times and they just end my call after I told them my question. I am super frustrated.

El personal telefónico es súper repugnante, te hablan como si uno estuviera llamando a molestar. Personalmente fui al consultorio porque por teléfono son increíblemente odiosas, y la persona que hablaba español me trato como a una hormiga, no sirven para estar en servicio al cliente, lo siento. La doctora en cambio es súper encantadora . Siempre ha sido mi doctora acá en Texas

I don't normally write bad reviews but I feel like this is warranted, especially since I was optimistic. I'll begin with the fact that my first couple of experiences with Dr. Evans were very promising. In fact, they were great. But when it came to scheduling procedures, returning phone calls and getting honest, reliable answers, I've been greatly disappointed. Follow up to those appointments have been pretty non-existent. After almost a month of inconsistent communication, unreturned phone calls and no actual procedure scheduling when I finally did speak to a person on staff, I decided to switch to another practice that actually prioritizes patient needs and concerns. I understand these are difficult times to navigate with Covid issues, but it's always important to effectively communicate with patients and address their specific needs, or employ people who will. I recommend investing your time, money and health concerns with a different practice that can and will see to the needs of all patients.

Dr. Evans was so sweet and welcoming. The staff was great too. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything that would happen before moving forward. Dr. Evans was more than attentive to my questions and concerns. I look forward to continuing seeing her.

Excellent doctor and services. From the front desk to back all of them are amazing. She took the time to explain and help me with my problem, something that I been suffering for the past 3yrs. I visited 2 gynecologist before her no one took the time to explain me what was going on also how. She care about me as a patient and I really appriciated it. I recommend her 100%

We love Dr. Evans!! She was an excellent choice for myself and my teen daughter. She is always professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable! We feel safe, and supported by our awesome doctor!

Dr. Evan’s was very quick and comforting. She answered all my questions and was willing to work with me and what I was most comfortable with.
