Dr. Phen was my primary care physician for six years and it was sad news to me that he is relocating to Dallas TX. Dr. Phen took excellent care of me and was always willing to spend as much time as necessary discussing my healthcare needs. He will be missed and Dallas will be lucky to gain such a wonderful physician.

I am so sorry to see Dr. Phen leave Florida! I wish him well as he moves to be closer to family but will miss his expertise and great manner. He has been my primary care doctor for many years and has done a great job!

Dr Phen is a great physician but his office and office staff are terrible. I tried to get a medicine refilled and it was like pulling teeth...no help from the office whats so ever and the main Watson Clinic was even worse. You have to talk to this person, leave a message for this person and stay on hold with this other person...I give up so I called Dr Navarro's office and he got me right in and ...

Dr Phen is a great physician but his office and office staff are terrible. Thanks Dr Navarro and his office staff.... I will miss Dr Phen but I believe my high blood pressure came from dealing with his office staff

I have been cared for by Dr. Phen for a number of years. He is knowledgeable and very caring. He will listen and advice and is quick to send you to a specialist when needed. He truly oujr advocate .
