My experience was fine.
Very professional staff and best consultation
Always so helpful, courteous and professional.
Dr. Singh is a wonderful cardiologist. He is definitely one of the best in his field. Also, he is very thorough in analysing overall health of a patient - not just heart but all aspects of physical, mental and social aspects. He listens carefully to the patient as well as caregivers and offers the best care. We are very thankful to have found him.
Follow up for an ultrasound that went right on schedule . Then on to visit with Dr. who covered all my instruction for recovery. Check out was smooth and finished up within the hr. Couldn’t ask for better care all around . Thanks to all .

Excellent Service.
Dr. Bhupinder Singh is a very good cardiologist who listens to the patient problems and give attention to every minor details. As his office is located in hospital building so in case of any issue all the support is easily available. I would recommend him.
Dr Singh's as well as his front office personnel runs a very friendly and efficient operation. They are direct to the point and respectful of what my needs were. Doctor is very professional as well as knowledgeable on what he's doing. The front office was very courteous. I like them for my heart related treatment as well as any consultation that might have happened.
Stay Away!!!! Horrible experience with Mrs. Singh the doctors assistant! After getting no help from Baylor Scott Hospital in Carrollton, I reached out to the office of Dr Bhupinder Singh for the follow up of my mothers heart attack. Already expressing that I was not getting much assistance from the medical records department in Baylor Scott, Mrs. Singh reassures me that they will take care of everything and there is nothing that I needed to do.A week later, I hear nothing back from the office of Dr. Singh. I call and I'm told that they do not see any records in my mothers file and that the Dr. would have to call me later. When I asked when I can expect a call back, I was told, "I don't know when that would be, the Dr. has a lot of patients." So right there, I'm already being told my mother is not important enough and they'll get to her when they get to her. While on hold with the medical records in Baylor in Carrollton, I get a voicemail from Mrs. Singh advising me that they have done everything that they could do and that I should do something about it and ask Baylor directly. When attempting to call back and speak to Mrs. Singh, I was placed on hold 3 different times with a total of 30 minutes of waiting. Not just put on hold but sent into an automated queue and I had to hang up and call back. When I finally did get to speak to Mrs. Singh, she would not allow me to speak, kept cutting me off in the middle of me speaking, ignored everything I was trying to explain to her and then hung up on me.1. I'm told that Dr Singhs office is going handle getting the medical records from Baylor and not to worry about anything.2. Not only did they not get the records, they never gave me a call to follow up with Baylor. Maybe a call to tell me, hey, we are not having any luck with the records, maybe there is something you can do, but no! I had to wait a week and then I had to call them to be treated with disrespect and hung up on.3. I saw similar actions taken by Mrs. Singh with another patient when I took my mom for her first visit! An elderly woman was wanting to ask Mrs. Singh a question and Mrs. Singh just kept "shooing" her away and telling her that she was very busy and she would call her later but meanwhile, Mrs. Singh was walking in and out of the room attempting to look busy. Its funny because Mrs. Singh, during the visit with my mother was telling me how her and her husband at one point worked at Baylor Scott in Carrollton and her dislike for that hospital! She expressed how everyone in Baylor Scott in Carrollton were so unprofessional, unorganized and they didn't want any outside practitioners there anymore so they had to move their office. Well, now I see why! Two peas in a pod!I would not recommend Dr. Singh's office for yourself, your family or any loved one.
Always felt priority and great feedback when needed assistance.Very professional and attentive to my needs.
I had a great first appointment with Dr. Singh. I went to the McKinney location. He was very caring and answered any and all questions. He even went out of his way to look up a famous doctor I mentioned to him (Gabor Mate). He takes his time and has very nice staff. He will get you the answers you need. He understands that your physical health is related to your emotional and mental health. My only complaint is that the wait times can take a while, but hey, that just means he has a lot of patients cause he's such a great doctor.
