My daughter was referred to Dr. Keith for GI issues, and I was left thoroughly impressed by his kindness, his desire to have as much information as possible to make the best diagnosis-- and of course his ability to answer any questions or concerns we had with an obvious wealth of knowledge. We never felt rushed at our appointments with him, and his staff was incredibly kind, too. Most importantly, my daughter is feeling so much better now! Definitely a five-star physician and experience.

Dr. Keith is absolutely amazing!! I have a 7 year old that has struggled with severe constipation his entire life. He has been hospitalized multiple times for a week at a time for clean outs. Dr. Keith was awesome with my son! He found a regiment that works for him and we have seen a complete 180 in my son’s bowel movements and gut health.

Literally the best Dr. Keith makes us feel heard, seen, and cared for with 20 out of 10 services every single time. Him and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate hectic schedules, late night concerns, everything! I can't say enough good things. If you're looking for a Peds GI, so looking, this office, this doctor is IT!!

When a friend recommended this practice I was skeptical. I had been begging doctors to help my baby. He was clawing himself until he bled, he was pooping blood and mucus, he was in pain. Other doctors, at least 5, just told me none of it made sense and didn’t care to help me at all. Dr. Keith truly saw Erik from day one and treated him like a human instead of a problem. He told me then that I didn’t have a horse for a kiddo, I had a pink unicorn. He said Erik would likely need a team of specialists to help him and he was right. He admitted us two days from that first visit. When we were in the hospital he managed his care and I didn’t have to fight for Erik the way I had before because he was. He did the testing Erik needed and finally figured out what was wrong with my 6 month old baby. And more than that, he was kind and patient when I blew up his phone for help those first few months. He went way beyond what he had to in order to get me help. He called many other doctors trying to get help. He referred us to specialists that could help us further. He didn’t stop until he got Erik’s health leveled out to his degree of normal. I am so thankful for him and the care he has given and continues to give my son that has a rare genetic disorder (that many many GIs don’t even look for). Everything he does shows how much he cares for kids. I love that he will get to follow Erik throughout his childhood and see him grow. If you’re looking for a GI doc that will listen…he is your guy! His office staff, especially Stacey, is phenomenal and so helpful. They have helped me in more way than they will ever know.

We were referred to Dr Keith by our PCP in Arkansas when our son was four months old. Very rarely do you walk into a doctor’s office and feel warm but Stacy and the staff at DHAT have always done an incredible job creating a safe, judgement free environment centered around getting the help your child needs. We are incredibly grateful for their care, compassion and communication during one of the scariest moments in our life. Dr. Keith truly made us feel like he wasn’t just there for our son but for us as well. Although our journey is over, we will always be grateful to them!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Brent Keith for his invaluable assistance in identifying my baby's milk protein allergy. From our very first appointment, he was exceptionally kind and patient, guiding us through various milk options that would help improve my baby's eating and overall well-being. I truly appreciate his thoughtful gesture of providing us with a box of milk while we awaited our shipment. I will certainly recommend Dr. Brent and his team to others. While I hope we won’t need to return since my baby is now thriving on regular milk, I would absolutely trust my child in his care should we need to see a GI specialist in the future.

Dr. Keith was amazing! He diagnosed our daughter and her belly is feeling so much better. My wife had an incredible experience in the office.

Dr. Keith has been FANTASTIC to work with in getting to the root cause of my son's gastrointestinal issues. He had issues from a young age & every since then we have been very nervous about dealing with gastro issues. Dr. Keith does a great job making sure he explains everything entirely, as well as works tirelessly to get to the root of the issue! He and his staff have been wonderful to work with! We are thankful we found him!

Thorough doctor & excellent bedside manner We have been working with Dr. Keith to help with an ongoing issue my son has. He has worked with us in finding the best solution for his issues. We know that medicine is a practice and can be a process to find the right solution. Dr. Keith has used his knowledge of his field to exhaust all options to find the right solution to help us. The whole office has been amazing in keeping us informed and on the right track to get to the root cause of what’s going on. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist!
