I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Wish I read the previous reviews before I went there The front desk staff are lifeless and could care less. Before I went there, I called to find out what my cost would be. They asked for my insurance and said the maximum I would pay (would be around) $195. When I got there, the lady said she spoke with me and said she did not say that. Flat out lied. When I went to the back, a low-level nurse came to check on me and asked me 100s of questions ever so slowly. I'm at an urgent care because I'm sick, and this was dragging on way too long. A second nurse came in to ask me the same questions the 1st nurse asked me. Told me test results foe covid and flu were negative but that it's viral so she wouldn't be prescribing antibiotics, also went on to tell me that it's not good to take antibiotics when not necessary, which I agreed. 3rd nurse came in to show me the list of meds they are calling in, which HAD antibiotics. So I told her to go back and check because nurse #2 specifically said NO antibiotics. She argued with me a few times like I was crazy and hearing things. Eventually she went back and checked, she came back to say yes, you need to have antibiotics. Once again, there is no evidence to show I have a bacterial infection. Hence, no need to take it. Didn't see a doctor once. Nurse #1 comes back to give me a steriod shot. And then asks me to wait to check out. I wait and wait and wait. Finally she comes back, I told her that I can see on my pharmacy app that one of the medications has been filled but the other one is not there. She said wait a few minutes, it will come up. I wait 2 hours, it's still not there. I called the pharmacy and they and didn't have it. I called the urgent care, and the lifeless front desk staff said there is nothing they can do. If the pharmacy doesn't have it, they can call us. We won't call them. Wow. Just wow. Absolutely disgraceful, lack of compassion, and flat out lazy. Update: showed up at the pharmacy and indeed they did not get the order. How pathetic and what a inhumane horrible way to treat someone sick enough that they had to show up at urgent care.

The wait time is ridiculously. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and released at 11:40 a.m.

I couldn't be more irritated with this clinic. My wife went in for x-rays after a car accident yesterday (9/28) and the NP told her that she had a broken hand and needed to see an orthopedic specialist ASAP. But since apparently this same NP did not write the word "stat" on the referral orders we needed, this bureaucratic establishment will not send the referral to the orthopedic specialist for two-three business days even though we've talked to them multiple times and explained the situation. Since today is Friday that means the earliest she could be seen is the middle of next week! Medical professionals are not idiots and should obviously be aware that "asap" and "stat" mean the same thing, and now my wife's care will be postponed because of this nonsense. This is ridiculous and CareNow should be ashamed. The staff who are refusing to expedite the referrals are demonstrating a callousness that is totally unbecoming of any medical personnel. We will never come there again and will be sure to steer away anyone else we know. Shame on you, CareNow!

This place is terrible. The waiting room is filthy and was just remodeled. They say "walk ins for lab work". But mean, you'll wait 2 hours. Staff sits and looks at an iPad shopping on wayfair while you wait. And wait. And wait. And the place is totally empty. Unreal.

Made an online appt. Checked in and the was seen within 20min. The nurse and PA that saw me were very profession and nice.

Checked in an hour and a half ago and made it clear I’d need to get a blood test done. They were well aware. I get a call after an hour and a half of waiting saying their technician is leaving an hour before close. I thought this would mean they’re asking me to come in to do it quickly but nope. They were calling to cancel my appointment. They tried to reschedule me for tomorrow which did not work for me and made it clear they weren’t going to fit me into tonight’s schedule. Wasted an entire evening waiting to get the test done when they could’ve been upfront and I’d have gone somewhere else.
