The office was very efficient and staff was extremely gentle and helpful with my 95 year old mother. Christina is wonderful. Thank you so much
First the clerk at the counter mistakenly told me that my Insurance would have to approve the procedure. I am a Medicare patient and do not require prior approval. I confirmed this with Medicare.Second when I returned for my appointment the clerk requested my insurance cards which I had given her during my first visit. When I challenged her she said that alll she did the first time was to look at them and returned them to me in spite of me observing her running them thru the scanner. When I challenged her to explain how the fields in the patient portal preregistration form were already populated she had to seek help.I had the specified tests which were speedily reported to my medico within hours which is the basis for my “3” rating. Else it would have been a”1”.Then the day after the testing was completed CDI called me saying they had been trying to contact me to schedule my tests. When I called to blast them they seemed not at all bothered by this information nor by my telling them that was the first call I had received.I’ve been underwhelmed by CDI before. Now I will never go thee again
I was there last week for a CT scan first of allThe staff is not helpfull. After the CT scan I wasTold to wait in the waiting area for the Results. After waiting half hour Radiologist came outAnd announced my results in front of all the peopleIn the waiting area. That is against my privacy .
Rude and unprofessional. More worried about making money than providing healthcare to individuals. We are just a number. I believe they violated HIPAA rights.
Very friendly staff. They were able to get me in for a back to back ultrasound and mri. Both techs were very caring and accommodating and helped me get through the tests with ease despite my anxiety. Overall perfect experience from the time I checked in and both tests. And fast results we well Will definitely choose CDI legacy for any future tests. Thank you
Great people Every time I go I’m treated with respect and the employees are very competent
Do not use CDI Legacy I called and got quotes for a mammogram and made the appointment for my bill and it was doubled They rip off people I called back after I received my bill and got the runaround and got hung up on. Very rude Then I called back to act like I was going to get a quote got the same quote and then I asked why my bill was doubled. No answers no solutions just hung up on Beware
Always used CDI before moving to Texas and had wonderful experiences but they do not operate with the same efficiency and professionalism here that I was accustomed to in Missouri. The employees are rude and the technician was incompetent. The radiologist expressed disbelief that my tests did not address the problem to give an accurate diagnosis and now a follow up is necessary.
Great experience. Easy to get an appointment. Team was friendly. My technician was great I am amazed at 1 how quickly they got my results and 2 not only did they email me the results they also mailed me a copy as well. Overall great experience. Would come back in a heartbeat And they are in network with BCBS PPO.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
