The lady who makes mammogram and ultrasound is very rude she no had patient and is agressive lady never come back

I have been in other CDI locations and they were fine. However this one was terrible. The lady responsible to greeting customer was terrible Barbara. We have scheduled a procedure in advanced but when we were there they said they need a preapproval from our insurance and I called the insurance and they said no preapproval is needed from my PPO plan and she talked to Barbara who said she cannot do anything. In order to have this procedure one cannot eat for 4 hours so I called the number available for CDI appointments and they said they will connect me to the local manager Lauren after waiting on the line for long time they said she cannot talk now and she would call me never happened. The procedure was done but the lady who operates the IV to inject the contrast was shaking and it was a very painful experience. Never will be back

Called to get a quote on MRI. Spoke with Abbie who provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. She was able to check the price and get me scheduled within 5 minutes. Thank you

Very late process. Even after checking in and total wait time of 1 hour I was not called in to Doctor’s room for consultation.Front desk keep saying 10 min more wait time but it stretched beyond 40+ minutes after submitting all my documents and made the payments.Despite saying I have other things to finish they don’t seem to respect guest’s time.Hope the Management heeds to these comments and changes their customer service practices.Will not be visiting this facility next time.

Schedulers are incompetent. Cannot get dates and location right even with multiple tries. First I was told the wrong date then on reschedule I was scheduled at the wrong location. I cancelled my appointment altogether. I recommend going somewhere else.

Theyre rude

I have been to this location many times and have always been impressed. During this most recent visit the team that helped me out was outstanding supremely professional polite and friendly.  I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them and they made getting an MRI as pleasant as it could be.  They were an excellent group and I am fortunate to have been able to work with them.

This review is for the Independence location. I had an MRI done with contrast. Everyone was very nice and eager to move things along efficiently. My MRI was at 8am and by 11am the radiologist had faxed my report to my surgeon. In addition my MRI images were uploaded to the surgeons server for him to review. Please note that you should bring any prior MRI images and reports to the imaging center so that the radiologist can compare them to the current images. It will save you having to make a second trip back to the imaging center.

I have tried many doctors and specialists in the DallasPlano area and I can truly say that none were as professional and experienced as this Plano Office. I have many medical issues and I have for many years and I didnt know I even had them. But after meeting Doctor Deepa Chintala she gave me what all the other doctors didnt....a full medical evaluation. She found my problem areas corrected them and now has me on a good medical plan that has me living a much fuller life. I am nearing 60 years old and I have seen many doctors in my time and none have been as smart caring and as professional as Dr. Deepa Chintala.Thank God for the entire staff Gracie Jessica and Dr. Deepa Chintala.
