Cindy Hartley's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hartley has been by physician for almost 20 years. She delivered my eldest son and I couldn't be happier with her. She is patient and gentle during her examinations. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was not sure to even post this as it has been a year, but I got a phone reminder to come in for an annual visit. I still remember my experience and wanted to share. I had come in for my first well woman appointment ever, having just gotten married. This was my first and only visit to this office. Before she came inside, I heard the doctor tell her staff that she was going to quickly assess me so she could leave right after. She had a patient in labor and had to tend to them. She told me this when she walked in and before she began as well. I understood, but knew that I wouldn’t be able to sit and talk to her the way I had hoped. I think she had assumed I had done a Pap smear/ women’s well visit before so she did not explain what she was doing (or what to expect) when performing the breast exam or when she put the speculum in. I knew because I’m in healthcare but as a patient I just didn’t feel very important and wished my experience was better. I was excited to speak with the doctor about having kids and exploring my fertility as I had some concerns but she said to start trying anytime and to just take prenatal vitamins. She then had to leave to tend to the delivery which I understand. I just got dressed, drove home, and cried lol.

horrible staff - Monica Office controller - decides on patient care not the physician. It is unethical to deny a patient an appointment. It will be reported. I have been a patient for over 5yrs, careless and rude staff. appointments take forever and unconcerned with patient needs request or complaints. I was told to find another provider. So telling the world - FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. DR. CINDY HARTLEY ...

She is graet

Very cold bedside manner & somewhat condescending. She also appears to be extremely tired & uninterested every visit. Could never remember my name and continually asked if I was a new patient after three visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartley since 5 years ago and was diagnosed with PCOS and pre-diabetes. I have now gotten out of the pre-diabetic range into the normal range. I go to her for my annual women’s check ups and every single time I mention to her that I exercise regularly and have improved my diet over the past 5 years, and though my blood pressure, a1c, cholesterol, and insulin are all within normal healthy ranges, she always brings up my weight and gives me unsolicited advice on needing to lose a couple pounds. If she were a nutritionist, I would be more receptive. However, she is not.

Unprofessional. Overbooks and constantly cancels. Will call you to cancel or wait until you are in the office to try and call you to reschedule. Would highly NOT recommend this trash.

Dr. Hartley is very attentive and knowledgeable, when I first time saw her, She spends time with me checking on my health issues and gave me her concern, advice ,and treatment she provides, never ever was rushed. when I can’t understand something she told me, because my poor English, she took her computer and showed me some pictures, that way end up made me understanding everything. It was very satisfying experience

Dr. Hartley was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with her. After my first appointment, I felt a lot of hope and grateful for her help. But then, things changed. This was all in the past 6 months. I am not sure where the fault lies, but office staff leaves a lot to be desired. A prescription was never called in for me, even after I called the office twice and requested it. This was not a refill - this was a new prescription and I never got it. Dr. Hartley and the staff also never sent in forms for me to recommended to the specialist for me. The other doctor's office said they had not gotten information at the time of my appointment, even after contacting them. I got an email asking for me to contact them privately if there was a concern, and I did. They never contacted me back. So here I am writing this review - they do not follow up. Very frustrating.

I love Dr Hartley . I had my first baby girl with her back in 2019. She is so sweet , patience and a listening ear as always . I don’t plan on having any more but if I do I will definitely be back in her car . I still go to her for follow up exams though . I have no complaints.
