I like my doctor here, but the staff service is very disappointing. I drove half an hour to my appointment after getting a text reminder confirming it. When I arrived, I was told it was canceled and that they had left a voicemail. The conflicting communication wasted my time, and the staff showed no apology or understanding. I hope they improve how they handle scheduling and patient communication.

This review is regarding a cosmetic procedure scheduled with Sarah. When I called to schedule my appointment for BBL I was told I needed a referral or a consult. I had just seen Dr Singer and she was aware I needed this so I said okay I can get a referral no problem. I called and left a message for Dr Singer's assistant to get the referral and my call was returned 24'hours later. At which time she stated no you don't need a referral, I've never heard of that; I will make notes on your account. So I call back and speak to Hana who says no you need one and there are no notes on your account. So, now I have to call the assistant back again after going through the whole "HOLD" choose "1" etc for the fifth time. I leave another message and she calls and says she definitely has notes on the account and Dr Singer left them as well. Now, while I'm on the phone with the assistant Hana calls back and says I spoke to the Doctor and you will need a consultation. I tell her I'm on the other line speaking to Dr Singer's assistant and she says check for the notes on the account. Hana says she will call me back. She calls back and says okay I can get you scheduled. Today is my appointment. At 12:00 I get a call that asks if I can come in early because Sarah has an opening. I said no I'm at work right now I will be there at the scheduled time. Forty five minutes before my appointment I get a text from Sarah canceling my appointment. Do not TRY to schedule an appointment here! What a bunch of idiots. I normally go to another location for my cosmetic needs but wanted to try here because I love Dr Singer. What a big MISTAKE!!!! They obviously don't need business. Lots of other good quality aestheticians in the area! So disappointed I wasted so much of my time! Don't waste yours- Thanks Sarah and Hana

First time visiting was an amazing experience. Erin was very nice and helpful. Second time trying to schedule was a nightmare. Called for 4 hours straight, no answer. Visited the Plano location in person to schedule and they scheduled me with a doctor instead of an aesthetician. I didn’t realize this mistake until after I waited 45 minutes to be seen. They were not apologetic about their mistake and were whispering behind the counter. Extremely unprofessional behavior at the front desk.
