I came to Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates from a close friends referral after trying to get pregnant for over a year and having a miscarriage. Dr. Evans was so approachable, took her time with us to answer all of our questions, and ran thorough tests on both my husband and I to determine the best treatment for us. We are now pregnant with our rainbow baby and we couldn't be more appreciative of Dr. Evans and her sweet staff for helping us grow our family! I highly recommend her practice to anyone trying to grow their family!

Although our infertility journey and experience with loss was not easy, Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates in Plano was a HUGE bright spot in the midst of it. I truly looked forward to every appointment there because the staff was so amazing. Karen, Vickie, and Barbara at the front desk are so wonderful, welcoming, and supportive. I LOVED seeing them at each appointment and chatting with them afterwards. The nurses (Tiara, Adrienne, and Casey) are so helpful and kind. They always answered all my questions with a smile! Terri, who does the ultrasounds sometimes to help out, was such a joy to be around and her gentle spirit always put me at ease. Dr. Shannon is wonderful as well and always had my best interests in mind and was always so encouraging. I can’t imagine this difficult journey without these women - they are just simply the best!! If you are considering trying this office out, don’t hesitate! You will absolutely be blessed by these amazing women.

They have the most impatient representatives who hang up on me every time before I finish my questions

Dr Chilvers and her team (especially Kayla and Hadleigh) are amazing!! They put a lot of care and effort into their work, and it shows with how they treat their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr Shannon, the nurses, and office staff have been very nice and professional.

It has been such a pleasure working with Dr. Shannon. She listened to me and my concerns and researched things for me when I brought them to her attention. We got pregnant through IVF with her and just delivered our baby boy after struggling with secondary infertility. Her team was also so kind and helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering them. We’d been to other fertility clinics in DFW but this one made us feel comfortable and helped us get our little boy. I highly recommend!

My experience with Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates (Plano office) was incredible. I had a horrible experience with a previous Fertility clinic. The moment I stepped into Dr. Shannon’s office and realized how much detail she had on me and how much thought she put into my protocol I was instantly relieved. Dr. Shannon was incredibly knowledgeable about the clinical aspect of fertility including in-depth knowledge about supplements, lifestyle changes, and medication protocols based on your personal levels that really blew me away. Whereas I felt like a number at my previous clinic, Dr. Shannon made me feel like an individual. The office staff is very welcoming and kind. Dr. Shannon’s staff left voicemails and emails for me directly (not messages through a portal) and I could get ahold of them very quickly. The surgical staff was fabulous, and the lab staff was very helpful. Previously, I couldn’t communicate with anyone (including the doctor) without going through office management first. At DFWFA I could speak to everyone directly. I wasn’t stressed one second of the process and I felt heard and cared for. So much so that it felt too good to be true compared to my previous experience. I could have saved myself so much time, money, and extreme frustration if I had only started with Dr. Shannon first. I will be forever grateful to this clinic and Dr. Shannon.

Dr. Shannon was professional and took the time to explain the process to my husband and I. We found that my thyroid was one of the problems we had and she took steps to take care of that first. When it came to ovulation meds they try to work with the pharmacy that will be the cheapest for you. The wait time for an appointment was zero to minimal (never waited more than 5 minutes), she stays on time with her appointments which was very nice.

The doctors and nurses are quite capable. My wife and I had a major issue when the embryology team accidently thawed then had to re-freeze our most viable embryo when the doctor had postponed the transfer. Now the embryologists have been dragging their feet with our paperwork as we have opted to find better care. We also had multiple issues with the medical billing specialist that resulted in incorrect lab work bills for which we waited months to be reimbursed.

Dfw fertility was truly amazing. They were always timely, I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The staff was always friendly and smiling. They remembered everything about me, and whenever I would leave a voicemail, a call back SAME DAY! It was always same day. Honestly they were wonderful in every single aspect.
