I got my facial done from emma, got the deal from Groupon but it was super expensive on Groupon, they have better prices at spa. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the facial & Emma is the BEST. Definitely coming back for her to get service done

Found this wonderful place by chance on Groupon, took a chance to see if they had same day availability and they got me in. Upon entering the location I was greeted with warmth and kindness. As if I had been a long time customer. Emma was absolutely wonderful, her bed side manner is incredible and I had so much fun, I forgot to be shy. I walked in a dehydrated and self conscious mess but I left a hydrated, confident and happy customer. Thank you so both so much. I'll tell everyone I know <3 ♎️ 😉

Ping is amazing. Came in for a facial and i have never felt fresher. My skin looks amazing. What a hidden gem they have here. Highly recommend. I will be back!

I love coming to Derma Med Spa! The staff is so so kind and welcoming. Emma has been doing my facials for several months and I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. She is very personable and attentive to comfort. I plan on coming here for a long time for top quality service, good consultation on the best skin care, and an enjoyable experience!

HydraFacial should never have you leaving the spa with bruises AND BLEEDING. Unprofessional and the staff lacks basic communication skills. My skin type: I feel the need for this section so the reader can understand how serious my concerns are. I have dry-normal skin, minimal breakouts (I’ll get up to 3 pimples the days leading up to my period), I have some scarring on my left cheek, other than that I am fortunate and grateful to say, my skin is pretty clear. I’m on top of my daily skincare, do “maintenance” exfoliation/masks twice a week, and get HydraFacials twice a year. The day of appointment: I had an appointment for a HydraFacial with Anna. My first red flag is that I did not see an official HydraFacial machine in the room. I laid down thinking that it might get wheeled into the room. The first and last 10 minutes of the facial were relaxing. The 40 minutes in between was borderline hell. I’ve never received extractions anywhere near painful and less effective. I wasn’t walked through any of the steps besides the very end when she told me she was putting on moisturizer and BB cream. I’m not sure if the high frequency wand was grounded before touching my face because it stung more than it’s supposed to every single time she tapped a different area. Felt pressured to tip when I was paying because she just hovered over the front desk girl. I left the spa with more “imperfections” on my face than I came in with. Once I got to my car, I noticed I had dried blood dripping from one of the extractions underneath my eye. My entire face was not only tender, it was in pain and burning in the areas of extraction. The aftermath: The next morning (roughly 20 hours later), I woke up to a dime size blue bruise on my forehead that was painful to light touching. I called the med spa, Lanelle picked up, I explained that I went in for a facial yesterday and had received extractions that left me bruised, bleeding, and now painful scabbing and had follow up questions. Her response? “I was hired to make appointments, so I can help you book an appointment if you’d like”. I felt like I was speaking to one of those automated recordings before you get redirected to an actual person. I shouldn’t have been the one to offer this solution, but I asked if I could leave my name and number and if someone that could help would reach back out. I asked when I should expect a call back. Her response; “Later”. Later today? Later this week? Later this year? Four days later; no call back, a painful face, and a fading bruise. I called the med spa again and pretty much did the same dance with Lanelle. Maybe this review will spark enough concern for a call back.

I went to this SPA for hydro facial and had the best time. I was supposed to have 60 min treatment but felt like it was longer than that. Great service and lovely people.

I am 50 and have had numerous facials. I purchased the 75 min service through Groupon. When I arrived I was met with whom I assume is the owner of the salon. She was absolutely AMAZING! We discussed what I purchased VS what my skin actually needed. She took time to look at my skin and tell me what she recommended VS what I purchased. Once discussed we decided on a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning. She honored the Groupon even with the changes in services. The wonderful person that did my service was Michelle. She was absolutely THE BEST technician that I have had. Cleansing / Steam / Deep Cleaning of Pores / Microdermabrasion / Mask / Red Light Mask / the most soothing and hydrating creams / Cold Stone over the cream (this was a first for me / Dermaplaning / Shoulder and Neck Massage. She took her time and the entire experience was so amazing! The have won my business! I love the fact that they took time analyzing my skin before just "doing the service".🥰
