Doohi Lee's Online Review Report Card

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was referred by Dr. Lavery, Rheumatologist in Allen Tx. My condition is specific to my feet and my Dr suggest Plantar Fasciitis. I was referred to this clinic for a work up to determine the issue with my ankle/foot. Onset, I was confused because it appears to be an aesthetic clinic. I asked the lady at the front desk what services they provided as I wanted to ensure I was in the right hands. She told me that they do “several things”. She couldn’t specify what the agenda was during my appointment and told me there were two segments. Then she immediately asked for a co pay. I told her as I didn’t expect a co-pay bc I’ve reached my deductible but I could use Apple Pay as I didn’t bring my FSA card with me. She stated they’ve never used Apple Pay in office but we could try. We tried several times and it wouldn’t process. I’ve never had an issue with any card readers and had used Apple Pay right before my scheduled appointment. I switched added my virtual Amex card to Apple Pay and it continued to not process. She then told me to step back and said we can reschedule you for Monday. I’m like (why)! Why would I be rescheduled? I’ve taken off work for this. I advised that I could leave and get cash nearby and come back. She then stated she would accept the cash but still reschedule me. I’ve seen several physicians due to my condition in the past few months and I’ve never ever been REJECTED CARE due to a small $40 co pay. This place does not care about treating you only will rush you upfront, not answer questions and refuse to care although it was clearly their machine they hadn’t properly set up for this type of payment. I’m disgusted. I’ll continue to share my experience and if you’re thinking about going JUST DONT.

I am so impressed with Dr. Lee and his staff! His office is immaculate and very patient oriented! He is friendly, experienced and took the time to get to know me! No rushing me in and out. Dr Lee removed a malfunctioning vein from my leg recently! My foot and leg no longer swell! Leg looks better than ever and I feel great in heels again without the swelling!!
