I go every month dealing with this place of business which let me add every time i go they treat me with respect.. but one thing i do NOT LIKE , is that they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE . LIKE LITERALLY NEVER . I spent over an hour trying to get ahold of somebody to kno where my meds would be sent to for clarification . STILL NO RESPONSE. I always have to leave a voice memo .. but even then they TELL you not to constantly “bug” them by calling multiple times . Its frustrating . Crazy thing is , when i go in .. they are always at the desk. Makes me feel like the turn the volume off on the work phone and whenever they catch somebody calling they will answer which is RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Gajraj and his staff are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I've been going to his clinic for about two years now and highly recommend to anyone seeking Pain Management.

My consultation was in 2013 with Dr G. My last one was a couple months ago with Dr. G. I think I saw him 2 or 3 times in between. In all that time, not one person EVER called me by my preferred middle name, despite writing my request on the update papers and asking them as well, for a couple years at least. The PA Sarah was the nicest medical staff member except when she asked me "so what do you do all day besides lay around and pop pills"? And then she asked me if I was putting morphine in my urine sample!? I've never even heard of such a thing! I never got anyone to understand that I have had gastric bypass surgery in 2003 and 20 + abdominal surgeries since then leaving me without the first 3 feet of my intestines. Compounding the malabsorption issue, only 70-75% of food and meds is absorbed, is the fact that I have had chronic diarrhea since late 2003, nerve damage I was told. I also have reoccurant gut hernias and many adhesions and lots of scar tissue for food and pills to get hung up in. I tend to either throw up food and meds or it can run through me and show up in the toilet. I told them I have had a bowel transit time test that showed that it took 8 minutes for thick liquid to go from throat to colon and the documentation to prove it. It's about 50% better, but they DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO LEARN ABOUT OR LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS!! I've given them the needed information to verify all this. The clinic has become a pill mill. Well for about 10 years I was on meds that worked for me very well and I never felt the need to increase them. Last summer I lost my meds out of state but thought for a week or so they had been stolen. Per the treatment contract I knew I couldn't get replacement meds so hello withdrawals. My meds were reduced by 2 pills so I wouldn't "overdose " on the regular amount. I tried for months to get back on track and you would think I was asking for their heads on platters! 2 unfamiliar PAs were not interested in my case at all. 1 told me "the meds work on your brain, not your gut". I asked "how do you think they GET to the brain?" The other person just didn't want to listen telling me; "we have lots of patients with those issues and you are doing fine." Noone reads your update from. Dr G decided that "it's time for injections ". I don't have the 250 bucks for an MRI and he said "get on a payment plan ". I don't have a credit card I can use as it's been maxed out paying for my daughters brain surgery! Social security doesn't pay a whole lot either! The whole 30 seconds I was with him he never looked at me, he just shuffled papers and started to walk out. In the 15 years that I worked as an Occupational therapist, I never worked with a Dr so removed, detatched, arrogant and condecending! I tried to tell him I was not sleeping well and before I could say that without my nighttime meds, I wake up trying to reposition because it hurts! He told me from the hallway "I will give you some sleep meds but I'm NOT increasing your pain meds!" He knew nothing about my meds situation and didn't ask if I had ever taken the sleep meds he was going to prescribe. I can't take what he prescribed because of bad headache reaction. So I weaned myself off and thank the Lord I had NO withdrawals. I'm back to the beginning 2013, but if I need help with pain I WILL NOT GO BACK TO HIM!! I'm sure he can help you if you are not a complicated case or if you have cancer, God forbid. He's been too busy writing his book about "stories" to pay attention to his patients. Well Dr G, how do you like MY story?

I wish I could give zero stars. When I walked in another, patient had thrown up all in the lobby and no one was helping her clean it up. This is a pain management specialist doctor and I’m sure the old lady was in pain cleaning up her own vomit. This Doctor was very rude and unprofessional. He told me I shouldn’t have brought my son in there, then tried to kick me out after I already paid my co-pay. All of this was over a medical term he used that I didn’t understand what it was. I asked him what it was Instead of explaining it like he was very capable of doing he tried to tell me I was being deceptive. Then he proceeded to explain to me what the word was/meant… Like what just happened?!? He could’ve done that from the jump so there was never a misunderstanding, but he was trying to be a smart ass instead. Very weird and awkward experience. I’ve never experienced such cruel and unprofessionalism from a medical personnel. I do not recommend this doctor whatsoever. Take your money and your insurance money somewhere else!!!

The best Doctors and staff very nice .

Explain about the staff, but it’s really not their fault. It’s ridiculous policy that you have to pay $35 if you miss the doctors appointment and you considered missed your appointment if you’re over 15 minutes late, however my mother recently passed away during my appointment and taking care of my family I miss my appointment and I was still charged $35 fee +6 dollars for a urinalysis cup. And I don’t remember a time when I was ever call back at my appointment time, although the staff is rude and shows that they have Very little sympathy This particular situation is not their fault.

I've gone to lots of different Dr's and dr offices, but have been going here for years and this has been by far the best. Lindsey is always very nice and answers all of my questions.

Office staff and Np’s are very helpful and friendly fast service and they answer questions really like them a lot.

THIS PLACR DESERVE A ZERO RATING!! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!! YOU WILL HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS COMING HERE!!! My disabled mother and she had her first appointment with Dr. Gajraj on May 7, 2024 and my disabled mother suffers from Phantom pain and pain from Shingles. Dr. Gajraj prescribed my mother with Hydromorphone and patches for her pain. My mother had her second appointment today on May 21, 2024 and I don't know her name, but she is a short, skinny white woman with long Black hair and I think she is the Medical Assistant, PA or Nurse and she had a horrible attitude with me and my mother. She was mad at my mother because my mother was not taking her Hydromorphone as prescribed and that my mother tested negative for Hydromorphone. My mother told her that she only takes pain medication when she is in pain. My mother and I DID NOT know that Hydromorphone is a controlled substance and Dr. Gajraj DID NOT explain to us about Hydromorphone from the first visit. How are you going to get mad us for not knowing about Hydromorphone when you never educated us about the medication in the first place? It's important to educate your patients on the medications that they are taking. This is my mother first time seeing a doctor for her pain. On the first visit, I noticed that Dr. Gajraj is inpatient, lacks empathy, and like to rush patients off. That's not how you conduct business with your patients. I'm going to file a complaint against this place.

Most horrible experience.. you will never see the doctor only Sarah or someone else.. when you're having a super hard time mentally they won't let you take meds that will help you. Also it's impossible to get a hold of anyone.. you will be screwed and no get your meds leave you sick with withdrawals
