Dr. Jordan and his staff are very good at making sure the patients get their medical care/treatment taken care of. I come see Dr. Jordan to treat my eczema, and also for cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers…I’m very happy with my results:) Jordans assistant Karissa was very helpful helping me and educating me about the process. Excellent service 🧡

Everything was great with the actual office visit. However, there were a couple of front office oeople who cut me off, sounded bored, and borderline unfriendly when I was scheduling my appointment and asking to speak to a nurse because I had questions. Also, after the visit, someone forgot to call in my prescription. I had to call the next day to ask for it.

The girl at the front I believe her name starts with a K forgot to check me in and I was waiting for over 40 minutes while she was texting. Plus she charged me twice and now my card has charges I’ve never done. Did not see the doctor had to leave due to the long wait.

I visited Dr. Jordan Actman yesterday. It’s always great when a doctor provides seamless service from start to finish. Getting prescription sent over promptly is a big plus- no one wants to deal with delays when it comes to their healthcare always a good experience.
