I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Heba during my facial. From the very start, she made me feel at ease. She took the time to get to know me through a few thoughtful questions, which I believe really helped her tailor the treatment to what my skin needed. She offered me a pillow and blanket to make sure I was comfortable. Even though I didn’t need them, the simple gesture showed how much she cared about creating a relaxing space. The facial itself was incredible. From the cleansing scrubs to the gentle massage, the peel, and the lip scrub—Dr. Heba walked me through each step, explaining what she was doing and why. It made the experience feel both calming and informative. By the time it was over my face felt lighter, fresher, and so clean—like a weight had been lifted. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I would absolutely recommend Heba to anyone looking for a thoughtful, detailed, and truly relaxing facial experience.

Dr. Heba is by far one of the most thorough skin care practitioners I have met. Her flexible office hours is great for those with a tight work schedule. Her office also offers efficient, text-based communication. The consultation went above and beyond my expectations. She was meticulous with her medical intake, did an in-depth skin consultation, and ensured all my questions were answered. I was not rushed at all during my time there. I felt respected and taken care of. She cares about her clients and wants to ensure success with treatments. I feel lucky to have been referred to her and am looking forward to my skincare journey.

Dr Heba is amazing! She really takes the time with you and doesn’t make you feel like you’re rushed. She helps explain everything and how to understanding your skin better. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout appointment.

Dr. Heba is actually phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable, so informed and very enthusiastic at not just what she does, but also educating her clients and thats really unheard of. It is so ridiculous to see this so called doctor is still in the business. She has left me and my daughter’s faces with burnt scars. I just can’t believe this. She is not even registered on bbb. Just be careful guys, she is running on the guess work. You might be the next victim.
