We waited 45 minutes and still couldn’t see the doctor this office very disorganized.we don’t recommend this doctor

Dear Doctor,I firstly wanted to share my 1st visit (since 2 Months) experience to your clinic where I was received by the Front Desk showing kind and importance care then I quickly seen by you; actually the reason behind my visit that I was suffering from Sever Abdominal Pain 2 years back where I went to Emergency where they thankfully did every possible Blood Tests, CT Scan, X-Rays, Heart EKG and unfortunately they couldn't find the reason just imagine that I spent all this time on Pain Killer tablet without knowing the reason behind this and fortunately you could find that the reason was one of the Pancreas glances which is responsible for the digestion needs to be activated.you prescribe me a medicine and from the first day till now the pain completely disappear as if it is magic?I want to express my deep thanks and Gratitude and I really can't thank you enough.May GOD Bless you

I do not recommend this doctor.I have visited this doctor in January to evaluate the abdominal pain. First of all the staff was very rude. The staff asking questions right in the lobby, without caring that there are other patients waiting. I was asked to arrived 10 min earlier to my appointment, but I waited 55 mins before they took me in. Very unprofessional!!! Dr. Balachandar talks too much and does not let you finish. At the end of my visit, is was asked to pay the full amount of the visit, which I paid. Deductible!!!She ordered few tests. I was told the staff will contact me for the testing appointments. 3 days later I called for the follow-up about the appointments, I was told they have not worked on it yet, will let me know in 4 to 5 business days, quite odd!!After the testing was done, Dr. called 3 weeks later to discuss the results. This is the worst facility and Doctor I have seen. Now they are send me $8 bill which they did not collected at the time. WORST DOCTOR, DO NOT SEE HER!!!!

She was welcoming and to the point.

Please avoid This Dr. By all means if you care about patient. Very unorganized, no proper medical standard process , procedure followed. Very scratchy practice .. like 3rd world country road side service. Stay away from this Dr. Balachadar.

The doctor is really experienced and able to diagnose me in the first visit and explained the things very well

After scheduling an appt a month in advance I arrived on time to my appt but they were apparently closed. I called and the doctor said someone called and cancelled my appt which is not true! She then let me in the office and just went on talking for an hour about fixing my eating habits (my eating is very healthy and good for the record) and rubbing oil on my stomache. Absolute waste of time and useless doctor, not to mention unprofessional. Go to a more aggressive doctor cause she is not a good one. Honestly, don’t go here unless you want your time wasted!
