It was my first time and I am glad was treated by Dr. Graff. Thanks for taking care of my fractured ankle and explaining me the condition in detail. Very courteous staff and takes care of the patient. Dr. Graff patiently listens to concerns and addresses them in detail.

The procedure was very effective and I felt 100% better the next day. I would recommend this practice to anyone with foot or ankle issues.

This was my first time coming here to this location. It was a very clean facility easy to find, and the staff was nice and friendly. Dr Graff shaved down what I thought was a corn on my pinky toe. I found out it was hammer toe and something that ran in my family. I would go back and recommend to family and friends.

Well it was nothing like I expected for once the doctor didn't come in and speak in doctor terms he broke it down in simple terms. And then 2 other people came in with them like students I thought but it wasn't it was his PA and somebody else and evidently he already knew what was gonna happen to me so I really really like that part about it they didn't give me a chance to say yes or no and gave me something I desperately been needing for a year now and that's relief from walking on pain. Thank you doctor Graff my new foot doctor. Also everybody there was so kind from the beginning to the end. Not to mention treating my service dog like one of the family. I cannot recommend Dr. Graff nor his team for anyone anymore. What I experienced on Friday made me feel they care more about billing than they do patient care. I allege that Dr. Graff and his team attempted to overcharge me for a minor in office procedure by changing insurance codes to some kind of major surgery and changing what should have been a minor office visit procedure with a $50 copay to something vastly more expensive than the $500 they charged my credit card, perhaps closer to $1,000. They charged my credit card 2 different times (5 days in advance of doing any work) for nearly $500. They called me 5 times in one day with different people for different reasons. None of them could explain the total charges, nor what my high paying insurance actually would cover (pay them). It became very clear that their focus was all about billing, collecting money before they do any work, and covering their butt's. Money was the focus, NOT patient care. This also exposed some kind of intraoffice rivalry between his teams, which is a disfunction no patient-customer should ever see, nor become a victim of this insanity. Lastly, they forgot we are not just "patients" we are customers. Customers who can vote with their dollars by going to another provider. As customers, we determine who gets our insurance money and credit card payments. As customers, we have the right to say "no, you will not overcharge me." We can say "No" at anytime. We can go to another provider and get the same service for less money. They would do well to learn from this lesson and treat people better because we will not tolerate being mistreated, overcharged and lied to. This just cost them 3 customers, my wife and mother-in-law just terminated them over this incident too. Hey Dr. Graff, I liked you but YOU ARE FIRED! Your so called office manager actually made things worse. I will not tolerate being overcharged because that is theft! This was not premium service at a premium price, which would have been fine. This was far beyond that. This was a flat out effort to price gouge. It was wrong. This crossed the line and you know better than that. What happened to you and your team? This was avoidable. This has to be fixed right away. By the way, you should consider firing your office manager. Calling my wife a liar and arguing with her when she already saw the incoming phone calls on my phone was stupid. Deflection statements and CYA behavior only make matters worse. Attitudes like hers are toxic to organizations and good customer or patient care suffers. Patients first, not billing first! Wake up!
