Lovely experience, great place
Mercedes was incredible
When I was gifted a mommy to be massage back in 2022, it was one of the best gifts and massages I had ever gotten. I became a member after that. I gifted friends gift cards here to try and was very much a fan. Things were great for a few months and then the quality of the services started to fall at the same time they announced a price increase. As a busy new mom who was already struggling to find the time to come in, I let go of my membership. At 39 weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable, I got an email they were running a 20% off special for a limited time & decided to give them another try, I had high hopes - not only that the price hike in membership improved quality but also because I very much wanted some relief to my aches and discomfort. Unfortunately it fell very short, my 60 min massage started 15 minutes late, and ended right on time, even after adding a scalp massage. Since I’m this pregnant, I did a side lying massage and most of the time the masseuse used one hand, it was not relaxing, it was not therapeutic, I left annoyed I wasted my last Saturday afternoon & money. I let the front desk know my massage started late and ended on time and they didn’t charge me for the scalp treatment, which was kind. I won’t be back.
Fantastic massage by Ana!
Great staff and wonderful service!! ❤️
Danni gave me the most amazing pedicure!!
Hiatus Spa in Plano was excellent. Staff was kind and accommodating. Every aspect helped create a relaxing atmosphere. The tea was delicious! And Angela gave me a FANTASTIC facial! I really loved it and I can't wait to return to try their other services. Thank you!
I love this summer color - speedboat
My wife has been a Hiatus client for years and has a monthly membership for their services. A time or two I have attended as well and I must say, they always deliver a first class spa experience. She also uses products they sell. It makes for som3 easy gift giving! My most recent visit was to purchase product. One of the nice things they have is a client relationship management system that keeps records of the hat she buys, making it easy for me to know I purchased the right stuff!
I have been a member of Hiatus for a while now and generally have had good experiences, however , when I went in for a hydrafacial on my birthday, I was left feeling disappointed. This is not an inexpensive facial as it was $219 and that’s the member price, without membership it’s $260. First, when you got in they gave you a sheet to fill out which asked if you wanted to start your service with a foot soak or steam wrap. I chose the foot soak, however when the lady that was doing my facial said her back was hurting so she couldn’t do the foot soak and proceeded to place a towel around my neck, while I was still in my street clothes. Throughout the whole facial, it seemed as if she was speeding through the steps and doing a half-as*ed job. The facial is supposed to end with foot or arm relaxation but I didn’t receive either. Just felt it was money down the drain, $219+ tip is not cheap. Anyways, I really think your experience is dependent ok who you get and how good/thorough they are.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
