Honey Pediatrics & Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

No SYMPATHY with patients. Make patients WAIT for HOURS as if they have free time and they are the only ones whose time is precious. One more thing, the staff does NOT want to listen to patients requirements / needs. They take undue advantage of the respect we give to doctors. No need to continue with this doctors office, look out for some other doctors.

They were actually super nice and friendly

Dr. Mohiuddin is truly the best. His entire staff is just great and he is too. We have been with him since the office opened, but this past year, we really needed him a lot as my oldest was having some health issues. He took the time to help us get into a specialist quickly (not just referred us, but called for us when we couldn't be seen for a month to help us get in the same afternoon) and called to check on us after too. We just love Dr. Mohiuddin!!

Let’s just say- they don’t answer their phones. Auto machine sucks. They also don’t answer messages via chart. It also takes forever to get any scripts for procedures like a ultrasound. Dr is ok. She’s nice but isn’t really on board to help. Don’t waste your time here if you want answers

Saved my son’s life when he was only a few months old. He’s always very thorough and answers any questions we may have. We drive 45 mins just to see Dr Mohiuddin- best pediatrician!!

The staff its horrible services... when you call to make appointments, and ask for information, the guys answer the phone don't know what his doing... so my recommendation for the doctor please evaluate your staff answers the phone or make the services. Really bad. The doctor it's not the problem it's the staff...

While clueless on the process of selecting a pediatrician for the first time, Dr. Mohiuddin was recommended to me by my obgyn prior to delivering my daughter via planned c section. After contacting the office, Dr. Mohiuddin met with me a few days before my delivery date to discuss my medical history and any questions/concerns I had. The prenatal visit really helped put my mind at ease regarding the selection of whom I was going to entrust with my daughter's health and care. After my daughter's birth, Dr. Mohiuddin came and checked on her daily until we discharged from the hospital. Since then (over 3 years ago), we have continued using Honey Pediatrics (even after we temporarily moved almost an hour away from this clinic), because the care given to my daughter is always amazing. Dr. Mohiuddin is very thorough in his examinations; I've never seen him look stressed or rush through a visit, and he is always so pleasant and kind to my kid. You can really tell he is very knowledgeable and is such an asset to this profession. His office staff has also always been great at squeezing us in for same day sick appointments, and they greet us with a smile and treat my daughter with caring empathy at every visit. I really appreciate everyone here!

I don't recommend this place at all if you're doing yearly checkup. You'll be wasting your time and money. Update after the office respond to my review: I was definitely a patient at this office and I left you a review in detail on ZocDoc as well, but I'm very disappointed and will never come back to the office. Dr. Mohiuddin Is amazing! He answers all of my questions and has always heard all of my concerns. He has my full confidence in making sure my sons’ needs and specialist referrals are seamless. He does do pediatric visits at medical city of Plano. If my son is sick he squeezes him in. This doctor always has me coming back for his knowledge and if he doesn’t know something he will refer to his collages and mentors to ensure my son receives the best care.

Please fix the phones. PLease give an option to speak to some one after hours or leave a voicemail when yall are at lunch for 2 hours PLEASE I love Dr. Mo and his staff. Why Ms. Toni was removed I will never understand. She is the most helpful and sweet person I have ever met .Nurse Terrance is a wonderful asset to the team. HOWEVER you can never reach anyone outside the office hours whic is supppper frustrating as a first time parent.
