VERY difficult to get ahold of anyone by phone. The call back service either doesn’t work or I just never receive return calls. The voicemail box is also apparently full depending on the extension dialed. Otherwise, I do enjoy coming here for most of my medical needs. Edit: You don't answer that number either...
As a practicing Physician for over 40 years I have had the worst experience trying to make an appointment for my patient this morning the lady who answered the phone was rude obnoxious and hung up instead of helping my patient. When one goes on your website to make an appointment with Dr. Ayyagari her name does not even come up and hence the patient was not able to make her appointment, thanks for the administration of that office I have requested my patient to see another Endocrinologist and she got the appointment for next week.
Great group of professionals! I have been with my primary care physician for 24+ years who is a member of this group. While he is always in high demand and I have had to work with others here (PA's and NP's) I have NEVER had a bad experience. Even when I call not sure of where to turn for something, they offer excellent support and suggestions and help find specialist if needed and they do not have one on staff.
As an employee in the healthcare field, I am very disappointed in this clinic. I was wanting to find a PCP and once I came across this clinic, I called and scheduled an appointment. It seemed promising considering I was able to schedule an appointment easily and given a date that wasn’t months away. After my first appointment with Dr.Shah, I continued my care with her until I got my results. I wasn’t pleased with the clinic due to being disorganized, rudeness and lack of professionalism. I was still having symptoms so I requested for them to send a referral and medical records to UTSW. I requested this to be done in July. Five months later, it still hasn’t been done after multiple UTSW employees and myself tried contacting the clinic. The clinic does not answer the phones. I was on hold for as long as 30 minutes trying to speak with a staff member. A UTSW employee who was requesting my records was on hold with them for 10 minutes to finally speak to someone when the call “dropped.” I am very disappointed and will not be returning.
The worst care anyone can provide. I decided to try them out despite the poor reviews given there were highly rated PCPs here, however they make it so difficult to see your own doc. There is absolutely no means of follow up (via email or phone). I had a set of scans done and nobody got back to me for a week until I followed up. When I had enough and called in myself to see my doc, they said my PCP did not have an appointment for me for another month which is ridiculous . How am I supposed to interpret my own scans? These were time sensitive scans. Am I expected to wait a whole month to see my doc and learn my diagnosis? Absolutely ridiculous' What is the point of having a pcp? They also do not offer same day sick appointments (be it virtual or in person). They will ALWAYS put you through a nurse practitioner or a different PCP just to avoid having to deal with their poor appointment system here. I saw a nurse once out of desperation and being so sick, they do not check your history as you would expect them to and and they prescribed me a physiotherapist for no reason. I never went in a totally random scan and paid $$$ for nothing. So pissed off and I have absolutely no trust in them to care for their patients. Save yourself some trouble and Don't go here if you have a choice.
Doctor Todd Wien is the best doctor. He is very caring and knowledge. I’m so happy and lucky to have doctor Wien as my primary doctor. My itchy on my skin is gone forever and never come back, my sharp pain off and on in my muscles, my armbit and the side of my ribs is much better. Specially my thyroid was acting so bad and swelling from the retired specialist with over dose medication, doctor Wien helped to reduce the medication and steroid. And doctor Wien is very fast to refer me to new specialist for my thyroid and my breasts mammogram. Thank you so much Doctor Wien. I know you are very busy with many patients. I would love and highly recommend you to all my family, friends and customers. Thank you so much my doctor again!! Lana
I saw Mahnaz today and her PA Bailey. Amazing, caring, informed! My only feedback is sto change the check out staff. They are always short and rude and seem quite uninterested in their jobs. Does not match the energy of the medical or check in staff. Front end staff-excellent! There is one young lady in particular. Catherine Nelms is a stand-out in her passion and care as a medical professional. It is convenient that they have a lab attached with quick and competent staff.
Offlate it has been a pain to schedule an appointment with Village Health, online system does not work, it does not show availability of their practitioners and I must have called their number atleast a half dozen times and no one answers. They cancelled my appointment due to Dr unavailability, which I understand, but did not have the minimum courtesy to call to inform and reschedule.
Refused service due to their outdated masking policy. Unfortunate they cannot respect individuals health choice due to "policy" not law.
I have been coming here for years and drive the distance because it has always been worth it. Recently, I had a bizarre experience. I have a good relationship with my provider so I am not sure what is going on. I scheduled my Televisit during lunch time as Televisits are usually short and I just needed a referral. So, I logged in at my designated time and waited. So first the provider is 5 minutes late, then 10 minutes and then I call VHP and they put me on hold. So I wait and wait and no one answers. At this point we are already 30 minutes late and the provider does not show so I call VHP and tell them I have to cancel my appointment as I am on my lunch break. At no point did VHP call or follow up or even inform me that the Clinician is running behind or late. No one ever followed up with me after this experience. So I made a new appointment with a different provider. I am a disappointed as I expected some follow through on this.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
