I had a great experience at Innovative Dermatology of Plano! The entire staff was friendly and professional, and a special shout-out to Nikki, who was amazing--kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. What stood out the most was that they actually listened. That's huge for me. It wasn't rushed or impersonal; they took the time to hear my concerns and explain everything clearly. I'm really going to miss Dr. Webster--he's been fantastic. Wishing him all the best at his new practice. If you're looking for a dermatology clinic that treats you like a person, not a number, I highly recommend this place!
