Worst customer service ever. There is no dial in option to talk to the doctors. I called in three times but no one ever picked up the phone. There is only an option to leave a message to the nurse line but the nurse never responded or called me back to my voice messages. My little kid was very sick so i called to his doctor and left three voice messages but got no response for them. How irresponsible they don’t even bother to call back. I will not recommend to anyone go to this place.

Dr. Schwartz is amazing. While my little daughter has been afraid of doctors offices, he always knows how to get to her relax and smile. He's very down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with anything. He never makes you feel like you're asking a silly question, and he really does have the patience of a Saint. Highly recommended.

My OBGYN referred me to Dr.Schwartz and that referral has been a huge blessing! When my son was about a year old we moved to another state for several years when we returned to the Dallas area there was no question who our pediatrician would be. The team has grown but to my surprise everyone who helped me through that first year of being a new mom was still there! Saying they are great is an understatement. Dr.Schwartz is down to earth and doesn't make a big deal of things, his staff always answered all my new mom questions. That helps so much in calming my mommy nerves. I have had issues with my sons daycare asking for silly things like a doctors note for his medication (clearly the prescription bottle with instructions would be enough for most but no the daycare wanted a note)... I hated to bother Darla with such a silly request but she was happy to handle it and got it over so quickly. They are quick to respond and thorough. Wish I could give this office a 10 star rating they truly deserve it.

Dr. Schwartz is extremely knowledgeable and takes excellent care of my 18 month old. We’ve been coming to him since my son was a few months old. He has 20+ years experience, went to one of the top medical schools in the country (Northwestern), and is always keeping up with the medical data and stats. I’ve always experienced him as accurate and informative, & he also has great bedside manner. Additionally, access to his nurse, Darla, has been a major bonus in being a patient at this practice. She is outstanding and eager to answer calls and support her patients. Finally, If Dr. Schwartz is not available, his other doctors are wonderful. I have seen Dr. Taneja for a few sick visits when my son was a little younger, and was very impressed with her. She took great care of us. So overall, in the 25 years I have lived in Plano (and I would say we have some of the best doctors in the country here)—this practice really exceeds expectations and satisfaction. I trust these people wholeheartedly and I think you will be beyond satisfied bringing your children here.

The staff was very friendly and exam was thorough. And I appreciated that despite the staff time invested in the exam, dr Schwartz’s recommendation to me was to wait. And there was no charge.

Dr Schwartz is a great doctor that I fully trust. He actually teaches the new parents class for expecting parents at the hospital. He's never in a rush and answers all youryour questions. And Darla, one of his nurses is amazing. They're all very nice, but Darla knows EVERYTHING. Definitely 5 stars.

One of the most comprehensive exams I have ever had! I left with ALL of my questions answered. I appreciate the doctors taking their time with you. Make you feel like family!
