Good surgeon just needs to tell you what expect afterwards and follow up make sure everything gets taken care of.. because they don't tell you everything that is going to happen after words wish I still had G B.

Dr. Carrasco is a saint from heaven. I needed gallbladder surgery and was going to a family wedding in Wisconsin. When I told Dr Carrasco my plans he opened a surgery spot the next morning so I’d have more time to heal and still be able to go. My recovery is exactly as he said it would be. I am so thankful to have found him and won’t hesitate to recommend him and his caring staff to anyone who needs a surgeon. He’s the best.

Dr Carrasco gave me outstanding medical care for my linguinal hernia. He carefully and thoroughly explained my options, patiently answered all of my questions, told me what to expect before, during, and after the surgery and examined me again 2 weeks after the surgery to confirm that I was healing as expected. Dr Carrasco is not only an outstanding doctor but also very kind and considerate - a really good person! :-)

Even though the doctor was friendly, we’ve had such a terrible and unprofessional experience with management and billing. My wife received services back in 2019, and she’s paid her portion that was required. The rest, we were told, was billed to the insurance. Now, after 2 years of receiving services, we started receiving a bill, and they keep sending it month after month. Initially, the office specifically informed us that there’s nothing else that we owe, and the insurance has paid the remaining balance. I called the office to inquire about the bill about 2 years ago, and the manager was really uncooperative whatsoever. We’re approaching the 3rd year now, and they keep sending these bills, and it seems almost they’re trying intimidate us by doing so. I called the billing office 3 weeks ago, and the representative told us that she would check with the office and call us back. She did call us back and informed us that there has been “an error in the system,” and that she checked with the office and that we DO NOT owe anything. However, just this week, we received a bill, again! I know for a fact that, in Texas, there’s a civil statutes that states a health care provider must “bill a patient or other responsible person for services provided to the patient not later than the first day of the 11th month after the date the services are provided.” Nonetheless, they keep sending this bill month after month, which is clearly a way to intimidate us into paying something they clearly said we are not responsible for. Until management lives up to its words and start acting professionally, we’ll keep our review intact.
