First, Dr Scales is absolutely fantastic!!! One of the best bed side personalities of any Dr I have had, easy to talk to and a no nonsense approach to treatment. The support staff is lacking, I have had mix ups in meds, appointment’s made that the meds not ready, follow up calls I never get.

Dr. Scales Is a very skilled surgeon who listens to his patients and is patient in explaining each step of a procedure in a clear, concise manner. He is personable, knowledgeable and caring. His office staff is excellent and my appointments were absolutely on time. He treats everyone with respect and kindness and the hospital staff thinks very highly of him. I hope that I don’t ever need his services again but if I should he’s the top of my list. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring kidney surgery.

I’ve been to 3 other urologists in my lifetime. It always felt incomplete and impersonal with the other 3. Dr Scales was by far the best I’ve ever been to. His questions and exam were very very thorough. This is the first time I’ve walked out of a urology appointment feeling 100% in my visit. I’ve suggested to my primary care physician that she should refer him out. 💯
