Great service except for today. I was injured by the female that injected me today. Terminate her NOW! Unacceptable attitude towards customers.

AVOID THE PLANO STORE!!! And avoid the girl named Infinity.I called to make my first appointment for myself and my partner. I spoke with Infinity and asked her how much the consultation cost. She insisted repeatedly that she could not "quote" me. I was confused as I didn't understand why she was calling it a quote. She never explained and just repeated herself four times. She finally said, Sir! Is there anything else I can do for you?" I said "Wow...bye." I called back to cancel which she did with no trouble. I asked for management, but she said they were too busy to speak with me. I asked for the manager's name and she paused and said Ashley. I told I would speak with Ashley later today. I have a feeling Ashley doesn't exist. They just lost two new new customers today. I called the Richardson store...they told me the cost...I'm scheduled there instead.

I've done business with facility for roughly three years however this business does not follow current cdc guidelines. I have discontinued my business relationship with this facility.Buyer beware if you speak with your dollar.

The quality of care here has fallen of drastically in the past few months. Some of the MAs seem angry and are rude. There seems to be far fewer MAs here than in the past. Previously they had a great staff. Now, they’re not. I’m considering going somewhere else. If the regular woman is not manning the front desk they don’t often know how to do things.The PAs seem rushed which never happened before.I’ve been going here for nearly a decade. It’s a shame to see it falling apart. It used to be a great office. There is a lot of competition in this market now and I will be looking at some of them to make a change.

The workers are always very nice and the doctors are great. The weekly visits are fast, efficient, and pleasant. I have crazy travel schedules and they have always been able to accommodate.

I have low testosterone & so does a friend of mine & he recommended this place. I am definitely impressed with how they function as a business. The staff is very professional & they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire enrollment process. When discussing my treatment plan, Michael was down to earth & explained things in terminology that was easy for me to understand. Dealing with my testosterone issues is somewhat embarrassing, but they treated me with dignity & respect.
