I visited Dr Butts after my self-diagnosis. However, after the exam it was all together different and much, much, more serious. You can't imagine the fear that I instantly felt, after hearing such devasting news.Dr. Butts immediately reassured me by gently explaining our plan step by step. Also, he was going out of town for a week or so, he gave me his cell number in case I had questions! My subsequent visits have been just as reassuring.🙏

After going to the E.R . I was admitted into the hospital. 3 days later, I met Dr. Butt. He told me he would be doing my surgery if it was ok with me. I don’t really remember a lot about that time because I was so sick , but I do remember a few nurses came in and visited me and bragged about how Dr. Butt was one of THE BEST doctors and I was in good hands . On the way to the operating room one of the nurses told me that Dr. Butt had come in just for me . This is unbelievable to me. It still blows my mind. Dr. Butt is an amazing Dr. . He is very kind , caring and compassionate. He saved my life. He deserves more than 5 stars . Thank you for everything!!!

Dr Butt is a wonderful doctor I have a hital hernia I was in a life and death situation as soon as I got to medical city Plano I was under his care Dr Butt saved my life no doubt without him I would of died I have a huge hernia and it takes a specialist to care for me and he is one of the best without him and the grace of God I would not be here I highly recommend him and my family thanks God for him he has a very professional staff and he is a kind and caring doctor he listened to me and explained my situation in every aspect you could not ask for a better doctor than him I am still under his care and like I said I thank God for him is a awesome doctor one of a kind.

Everyone in their office is so nice and always helpful whether it’s on the phone or in person. They never leave you waiting for an excessive amount of time when you are there for an appointment. Dr Butt always explains things so that you understand and has a great bedside manner.

Scheduling for the visit was easy and we got a call back after leaving the voicemail pretty quick. Also for scheduling for the surgery I could speak directly to the responsible party and that made everything so much easier.

Dr. Butt and his staff are outstanding. My husband and I truly appreciate the time he spent with us to answer all our questions. He even drew diagrams showing where my tumor was and what would be involved with my surgery. Dr. Butt is very through ensuring that he has the most up-to-date scans prior to surgery to minimize surprises. Both he and his staff ensured that my needs were meet while I was in the hospital. Dr. Butt has been a blessing to me. I thank God for him, his skills, knowledge, and wonderful "bedside matter".

Doctor Butt's office is very professional and his staff is attentive. Doctor Butt is very thorough and listens to your concerns and then explains what steps he will take in addressing those issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Butt and North Texas Surgical Oncology Associates services.
