My child is sick. I called to schedule an appointment and the girl who answered hung up on me when i told her I was a new patient. I called back and now no one will answer. My que position is 1 according to the hold recording, so i know they arent busy on the phone. I guess the office staff doesn't want to work today

I have a sick child and when I called to try and get in to have him checked out they told me they couldn't get me in until end of October-early November. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My family and I just moved to Plano and are working on finding a new Pediatrician for our son and since we would be a new patient and they are all booked up with regular patients, they said they couldn't see us for a MONTH. That is completely insane for a kid's doctor. Save your time and go somewhere else. They clearly can't handle whatever their current patient load is... Still floored they told me they couldn't see my sick child for a month...

Dr.Malini Hebbur is great pediatrician. We were seeing her for almost 7 years. She takes care of patients, very caring person and informative. I recommend her to my friends.

We love Dr. Hebbur and the staff at village. They’ve been amazing to work with and provide support for our kids. Would highly recommend them. We’ve been through three pediatricians and finally landed here and will not be leaving.

Very bad, you don’t get appointments easily even for sick visit. Front desk people are not friendly and also hurries you to end the call. Every time I went I had wait for at least 1 hour to see the doctor for scheduled appointment. Deceived by other good reviews. Very disappointed.

First appointment canceled, second appointment cell message says 23sep and email message says 23aug, and I scheduled online for 23sep. Finally second appointment also not happen
