I’ve been a patient at HeartPlace now for 5 years. In that time I’ve always been highly satisfied with the professionalism of all of the staff. My cardiologist Dr Peterman has always been very welcoming and easy to talk with. He takes the time to listen and help me clearly understand treatments and options.

A retired architect I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Peterman for years after researching Texas HealthGrades to find the best Cardiologist that I could. Even though he is on the far side of Dallas from me I am happy to travel that distance in order to obtain his services. Ive always found him to be knowledgable and caring and have the utmost faith that HeartPlace will never suggest any treatments that are not absolutely necessary. In our tenyear history Ive had various Angioplasties with stents and ultimately a Quintuple Cardiac Bypass operation which was a complete success. I have total trust that my upcoming Pacemaker procedure will also be performed with similar expertise. Office waiting room times have also always been reasonable and free adjacent covered parking is always available.

Would never recommend this physician or his not very informed office staff. I wish I would run from this office the first visit when three people in the room all discussing my case and I never got a question in. It went downhill from there. Do not be afraid to leave a Dr that you do not feel comfortable with.
