This was far and above the absolute worst stay in a hospital that I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I was only supposed to be there for a 23 hour observation following a total knee replacement. NO doctor ever came to see me until 48 hours later. During that time, no one ever iced my leg. By the end of day 2, my leg was so swollen, I couldn’t move it. The swelling also caused my leg to be covered in blisters. Finally, 72 hours after my surgery (that originally had a 23 hour observation period), I was released. Due to the swelling and all the blisters, my floor mat was covered in blood by the time I got home. You should avoid this hospital if at all possible. And yes I have pictures.

This also happend to me a Medical City friso where I almost died because of the same issues not having access to the call light or hooked up while having a severe allergic reaction to CT Contrast. I did not post that one to medical city friso because I was recording "my death", (my face) incase I did die there;due to that S.A.R,my kids would know how their single mom had passed away. If you go to these ER's Demand to be hooked up and have that Call Light. I was so lucky the first time that registration came in to find me and this time around my brain wasn't bleeding but just having a weird migraine that I wasn't sure of it being that or more severe. Non the less Advocate for yourself please.

My experience with the ER was great. I was seen promptly and everyone was super nice/professional. Dr. Clark was fantastic and took good care of me.

Entire Team in Day surgery, Tower C, is amazing. A special shout out to all the doctors and pre-and post op nurses of Cassandra, Eden, Tranh, Samra, and Jennifer who provided great patient care to me during my hour of need.

Came in with severe chest pain 5 hours ago and still haven't been seen by a doctor Just ignored by the staff after asking for help seeing a doctor

In emergency The person at window wont allow me to see my daughter who had acid fall on her eyes and skin the excuse was Only one at a time in eye washroom She is kinda fluffy and bad attitude. Not recommend nor will come here anymore
