Very insensitive and inconsiderate!

I was in my late twenties, and noticed a lump in my breast. I scheduled an appointment, and it ended up being with Michele Miles. She spent a whole 5 minutes with me. Came in, examined me, told me it was just a normal cyst & not something I needed to come in for. She was unnecessarily condescending & short with me. I was legitimately concerned & scared. Why would I waste my time & their’s if I wasn’t? She left me feeling like an idiot for coming in before being 40yrs old.

Dr. Miles has been reading my mammograms since 2012 however I met her for the first time last week. I had an abnormal report so needed a follow up mammogram, an ultrasound and a biopsy. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is kind, professional, very knowledgeable and straightforward. She made a very frightening experience as positive as possible.

Dr. Miles has a wonderful bedside manner, is very professional, kind, trustworthy and straightforward. She made a frightening experience as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Miles has been reading my mammograms since 2012. I had not met her until last week after receiving an abnormal report. I had to have a repeat mammogram, an ultrasound, and a biopsy. Dr. Miles has a wonderful bedside manner, is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very straightforward. She made a very frightening experience and pleasant as possible. I have complete confidence in her.

I have been to Solis Women's Health 3 times in the last 3 weeks and dealt with Dr. Miles 2 of the times. I found her professional and helpful. She explained what she was doing and was willing to give more lido-cane when I needed it before biopsies. I had no trouble with the 2 biopsies I received. The only other review on this page did not give any explanation of what happened during the biopsy or why she needed to go to the hospital.

Wife had a biopsy from Dr. Miles today. Now having to be admitted into the hospital due to a botched procedure. Stay away.
