Beware, this place denied a refil after surgery saying I hadn’t disclosed a prior condition. Yea t was in the intake paperwork and Dr. Roshek decided to argue with me while apoliging saying that I needed to do more than write it on intake paperwork. If the intake paperwork isn’t read then don’t bother making people fill it out.

I love the Nicholson clinic this is the best choice I’ve ever made! I was very nervous when I came Lindsay the MA made me feel so comfortable she was so nice and sweet and awesome she made me feel like I was important and very helpful they could not have a better MA she is the best. Dr. Roshek was awesome as well he answered all my questions and was very helpful this is the best place to come.

Very friendly and nice....until their office staff messes up and doesn't get pre authorization correct then they treat you like crap later on because they can't get your insurance to pay and they know it's their fault. Dr. Roshek was extremely nice and I loved his personality before and after two of my surgeries but when I went back for something else, I overheard the nurse and him talking in the hallway and he came in with an attitude and even mentioned the insurance thing that was 7 yrs prior. My second surgery was at a different office and he was very nice and helpful. Pretty sure my file is flagged due to their error and that's what the attitude was for. Not my fault dude.

I would and have recommended the Nicholson Clinic. Dr. Nick is down to earth and understand his patients needs. There is never any shame or finger pointing, he understands this is a journey and everyone's is different. The staff has always been very nice and upbeat. Lindsay is funny and has a good personality. There is a reason why the D Magazine Names Nicholson Clinic Doctors Best in Collin County.

I have dealt with Nicholson clinic for quite some time, but just wanted to say what a joy that the ladies in their offices are. Lindsay has a way of just making you feel very comfortable, and makes it enjoyable to walk in the door.
