My hydrafacial today (Aug 26th) wasn't the best that I've ever had and it felt very rushed; when I got home, I found many blackheads that should have come out during the procedure. I loved the 1st hydrafacial that I had there w a different aesthetician a few months ago. The gal that did my hydrafacial today had very stinky breath as well; if you're working on people's faces who are paying an astronomical amount for the service, check your breath, Mary! For heaven's sake, there are mints in the front (I had one bc I was worried about coffee breath!). I have a different email address with you and not sure why the review request came to this email. I love Allison - she's very sweet and funny. Sadly, I probably won't be back. And I'm sure I won't hear anything from the manager! Disgusting!

The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal! My injector, Andi, is so kind, thorough, and honest. My aesthetician, Mary, is a literal angel and has helped me finally start to heal cystic acne that I’ve been battling. I started going to her for hydrofacials and after my first session, she gave me some great recommendations and when I returned 2.5 weeks later my skin looked better than it has in 6 months. I cannot say enough great things about OVME!

I would NOT come back here. My injector lacked professionalism and reeked of alcohol. Ashleigh should have worn a mask or not shown up to work that day. Do not come here if you want a skilled injector.

I visited OVME Plano for the first time today for fillers and Botox. Although the Botox will take a couple of weeks for full effect, the fillers look awesome! Andi, RN, MSN, ACNP-G did a FANTASTIC job. Pain was minimal and her precision was flawless. Thank you Andi!!
