I have done IPL and hydrofacials. Eva is wonderful and so knowledgeable. She explains each step as she goes along. She truly cares about each of her clients and wants everyone to have the best possible outcome from their procedures. She goes above and beyond to provide great service and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Princess Med Spa.

Love the service & prices here. They do not gauc you on IPL or laser services or force you into multiple package deals when you only need a touch up. They are very fair & have very friendly & professional technicians. This is the best IPL I have ever had! My declotté & shoulders look great!

Where do I even start? I purchased a membership back in June of this year after speaking with the owner, Eva, about what I wanted to improve. She strongly recommended and urged me to purchase the membership, claiming it was a great package deal for the cupping services. I completed one session of cupping with her in June. For many months, I attempted to schedule numerous cupping appointments, but I was repeatedly flaked on. Every time I booked, there was yet another excuse for why she couldn’t honor the appointment. She would say she had another house showing for her real estate business (this happened at least three times), or she simply wouldn’t show up at all. Finally, in OCTOBER, I showed up for what felt like my 20th attempt at a cupping appointment. Keep in mind, I had paid for a package of six treatments, and it took FOUR MONTHS—and after being flaked on 4-5 times—to finally receive my second treatment. When I arrived, Eva insisted I didn’t need cupping treatments anymore. I had to remind her, “Aren’t you the one who urged me to purchase the membership specifically for cupping?” Only then did she reluctantly direct me to her room to proceed with the treatment. During my session, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have truly never felt so unwelcome in my life. Midway through the session, she said, “I’m about to do something, okay?” without explaining what it was. She then performed a process called “bloodletting.” Afterwards, she tried to CHARGE ME 10$ EXTRA FOR EVERY CUP USED (7 cups, 70$ total)… ON TOP OF WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY MEMBERSHIP. I was completely in shock. I wouldn’t have minded paying the $70 if she had informed me of the additional cost PRIOR to performing the service, but she did not. From this moment, I knew that owner EVA was only interested in collecting my upfront membership money in the beginning, and tried to charge me extra money AGAIN when I finally came to recieve my long awaited 2nd treatment. This lady is MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT ~Actually~ CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS!!!!!!! On the other hand, Nina was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I wish I had booked with her from the start because she was catering to my feelings and I appreciated that a lot so I have to mention this! If you want to come to this med spa DO NOT BOOK WITH EVA. Only book with Nina—she is fantastic—or any other esthetician who DOES NOT GO BY THE NAME OF EVA. If Eva put as much energy into client care as she does into making excuses or finding new ways to charge, maybe her spa would actually thrive.
