List of Questcare Medical Clinic At Plano's Reviews
BEWARE! Totally unethical clinic. I had surgery at Medical City Plano under a different surgeon and had everything covered and pre approved under my insurance. Then as I was being discharged a Doctor from their clinic walked in and asked if I was good to go while I was still coming down from pain meds. Didn’t say he wasn’t with the hospital staff at Medical City or that he was out of network. So just because he released me they are charging $700 when if informed I could have easily waited another hour for my original surgeon to release me when he arrived at the hospital.
Questcare Plano consistently delivers quality medical care as well as exemplary customer service. Dr. Dinh is a comprehensive physician. The MA, Delores, and Kathleen at the front desk take time to problem-solve and provide individual care and concern. An impressive team at this location. Thank you.
Dr. Vini Bapna is an amazing physician. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to listen. As a nurse, she takes my thoughts and suggestions into consideration. She is one of the few physicians that has taken her time and does not rush.
EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL SU RAPIDEZ PARA REALIZAR SU TRABAJO CON LOS PACIENTES
excellent, We are so glad to have Dr. Vini Bapna as our primary care physician, she takes her time to listen. very knowledged and caring.
I'm fortunate to have Dr. Bapna as my family doctor. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She spends with me and reviewing lab and other records to be proactive. Dr. Bapna stays in in close touch with specialists to whom she refers me. She also clearly explains everything to me. I highly recommend her. Please note that she has been the doctor at Questcare in Plano for less than a year. Some of the negative reviews below relate to a different doctor.
Dr. Bapna and her office has been excellent to us. You can't go higher than excellence but somehow she does. She explains, teaches, and is extremely patient with difficult patients.
I moved to Questcare a few years ago because my Doctor moved there. I had a bad experience almost every time I went in due the front office. To top off the bad experience, I would get bills more than a year after the service. (What I owed always seemed to be more than the took payment for at the office). How is someone supposed to budget for something like that. Then, how am I supposed to remember what services I had. Luckily my doctor moved again and so did we. Disappointed.
I scheduled my appointment at this office three months ago. Following the same process as my previous appointments with this office over the last 1.5 years, I paid for my appointment before being shown to the examination room. After waiting for a few minutes, the nurse enters the examination room and informs me that the office's regular doctor left the practice recently. As a result of his departure, the office no longer has permanent doctor; his role is being filled temporarily by a doctor from the corporate office. This temporary doctor was not in the office at the time of my appointment. Allegedly, this information was included in letter mailed out to patients during January 2019, which I did not receive. The nurse explained that the temporary doctor's policy regarding issuing continuing medication for the previous doctor's patients is that he will only issue an emergency one month prescription to these patients. After the nurse spent approximately 90-120 seconds explaining this to me, they handed me a card for the previous doctor's new practice and told my prescription for one month will be electronically sent to my pharmacy. I'm not sure why I had to physically show up to the office and pay for an appointment before informing me that they would not be able to provide the medical services due to a change in staffing. As a result of their questionable decision to only share information regarding their ability to provide services I expected to receive during the exam itself, I need to schedule and pay for another visit at an office with a doctor on premises. As a Questcare Plano patient for 1.5 years and a Questcare Coppell patient for 3 years, I simply can't recommend Questcare. It feels like a revolving door of doctors at both locations. If you want a stable PCP at a specific location, you will need to look elsewhere.
Dr. Bapna has been my physician for many years. She is an excellent clinician, spends a lot of time at each visit, and is compassionate and caring. In addition, she is a good listener with a wonderful bedside manner. She responds to all questions and refill requests promptly. These are all the reasons I chose to follow Dr. Bapna as a patient when she moved to Questcare Medical Clinic at Plano from UT Southwestern. Also, her office staff is courteous and friendly and always respond to phone calls in a timely manner. It has truly been a pleasure to have her as my primary care physician :)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
