Dr.Rhonda Merchant is amazing, she spends lot of time with the patients, listens and answers all my queries patiently. She is very friendly and caring also makes my daughter feel very comfortable all the time.Doesn’t insists on unwanted tests and keeps me well informed about the after care instructions. She is breastfeeding friendly.Their office actively responds via MyChart app and it’s hassle free.We really like the front desk staffs(Ms.Jenifer,Ms.Janice they are very friendly) and their nurse’s(Ms.Libby, Ms.Laura)they have assisted us all the time with lots of patience.

I wouldn't trust any other person with my boys health and well being than Dr. Merchant. She has the best bed side manner and is great with my kids. She listens to all your concerns and has guided us through some difficult situations. Her nurses and office staff are also wonderful. If you are looking for a pediatrician - she is the one!

I have 3 kids and we have been with Dr. Merchant since my oldest was 2. She is a wonderful human being, so compassionate and personable, and a fantastic doctor. She listens, has a great sense of humor, takes her time, gets to know each of them. She is gifted at making them feel comfortable and relaxed and has always been spot on with her diagnosis and care. I trust her completely and am so grateful to have her as our doctor. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.

Our family absolutely loves doctor Merchant, and we have been going to her for years now. She is one of those rare doctors that is kind, caring, and very thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable, as she was terrified of doctors from previous experiences. She is excellent with kids and parents. If you're looking for a good pediatrician she is it.
