Dr Rikesh Patel dismissed all of my concerns. I also heard one of his staff talking to another staff about how a patient must’ve been lying about not smoking because one of their vitals was off. Didn’t seem professional to me.

When I saw Dr Patel for the first time, he seemed very professional, and thorough. He seemed like a good doctor. About a week after I visited with him, I had a question. I called the office and left a message. No one bothered to respond to my question for a whole week. About a month later, I called the office and left a message letting them know I was having an allergic reaction to a medication Dr Patel had prescribed. After 3 full days, no one had bothered to respond to my message. I don't expect people to drop everything and call me back 5 minutes after I leave a message. However, I do think it is reasonable to expect a doctor to respond to a message within 24 hours. I am not comfortable with a doctor who doesn't respond to his patients.

Dr. Patel is one of the best. He was honest and upfront with all my care options. Gave me a great recovery plan. And is now my primary care cardiologist. If you are having heart issues this is the man you want to help you.
