My dermatologist advised I needed a hand surgeon to remove a cyst on my hand. I read all the reviews before my appointment and was excited to meet Dr. Kwon from the reviews. He was in a rush that day, didn't talk to me at all. He didn't ask to see my hand or examine it. I held up my hand up to show him the growth when he asked why I was there. I left feeling that my problem was beneath his skill set and that I was taking up time he didn't have. I know everyone has bad days but I will just move on to a different surgeon. I was sent an email asking for a review so here is my personal experience. On a good note, his office staff was very kind an efficient.

They do not overbook so I do not have to wait to see the Doctor. I am usually in and out within 15 minutes.

Dr. Kwon is awesome. I had two carpal tunnel surgeries done back to back without any complications. He is a great surgeon with a good bed side manner. I would highly recommend him.
