Not even worth any star! I've been to Dr.Desai twice now and both times he has been not only disrespectful but has been extremely rude towards his patients. Will not be coming here anymore!

I have been visiting Dr.Desai for the past many years and have never had great experience in terms of scheduling, wait period. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Desai and have had a great experience with his friendly staff and nurses. Dr. Desai is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. When I was having difficulty getting an issue resolved for my teenage son recently Dr. Desai and his staff came through for us where other healthcare providers couldn’t. They got us an appointment that same week and worked with me when I was having difficulty getting a referral sent over and my frustration was running high. I highly recommend this office. Updating because the nurse told him to allow me in. And i would just like to say that Michelle is a delight(the nurse). So sweet and great bedside manner. Definitely impressed. They need to do more training with the front desk, however. Previous review: My partner is functionally deaf. Even with hearing aids hearing is EXTREMELY difficult and he has to read lips. This is a disability and he often needs an interpreter lately because he’s been struggling even more lately. Yet, I’m allowed to accompany him to help him? I’ve been vaccinated. We follow protocol and wear masks. I understand the need for this and I take Covid very seriously, but I also take the health of the man I love very seriously. Extremely disappointed as I feel this is discriminatory. I saw in another review a mother denied access with her child. Yet people come in wearing chin diapers and not masks and no one says a thing. Another great visit at Innovative Dermatology. From the moment you walk in the office you are greeted by the pleasant and professional staff. The nursing staff is top notch and Dr. Desai is thorough with his examination and always explains the recommended treatment. Thank you all ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Dr. Daniel McDonald made me feel very comfortable during my exam and was able to assist me with my concerns very well. The staff was very gentle and helpful as well

I have tremendous confidence in Dr.Desai. He is warm, caring, thoughtful and conducts his exams quickly and expertly. His office staff mirrors who Dr. Desai is - professional, competent and friendly.

Had my first ever visit with a dermatologist today. I was very pleasantly surprised. First, their website is super easy to navigate. I was able to fill out all the New Patient paperwork well in advance of my appointment. When I came to my appointment, every one was masked up - YAY. Plus, the seating was arranged for appropriate social distancing. Dr. Desai was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained what he was going to do, why he needed to do it, and what I should expect. Dr.Cook is getting my skin back on track! I saw a different within a month which surprised her. I was delighted to see her reaction when I went in for my follow up. Good place to go! I highly recommend.

Hmmm...where shall I start? Because of work, I travel quite a bit, and when I move to a new state, I have to find a new dermatologist. Though he came highly recommended, I delayed letting him know as I needed to be sure it wasn't because he knew my previous doctor. He REALLY is the perfect doctor: a commanding knowledge of EVERYTHING skin related; excellent bedside manners; and he works in tandem if one also relies on functional medicine (as I do). Since I believe in full disclosure, there was one and only negative ding against his office--and that was the receptionist. No matter what day of the week or time of day, she always seemed to be in a foul mood. Regardless of her disposition, my southern manners were always on display, offering a gentle smile anyway. I did so because in the scheme of things, I didn't allow her nor her attitude to matter. Thankfully, we (the other patients and I) are no longer subjected to it because she hasn't been spotted in the past two months, and the new lady fits right in with Dr. Desai, Chandler, and the others. Instead of a hit-or-miss, it makes perfect sense to start w/my previous doctor for a recommendation, and this this process has yet to fail me. So, do I recommend Dr. Desai? Even though he's not in my insurance network and I pay out-of-pocket, I wholeheartedly do. Sister No, I'm not a nun. Rather Sister is an endearing name given to a girl-child in the south.
