Weird doctors i did not get help to my daughter
Two doctors they were looking to each other and making signs in there eyes i did not understand what they mean

So weird
Due to an insurance change, we started coming here in October 2025. We were initially impressed by the spacious and comfortable waiting area. Our next impression was the friendliness of the staff at the front desk, they were professional and chipper!

We met with Dr William Neaville and he was THE BEST. My 13 y/o is the patient and he spoke directly to her, was patient, kind and thorough. We did not feel rushed at all. His level of care is HIGH!

Lastly, my daughter does weekly immunotherapy and the process has been pretty smooth. We walk in, the staff at the front desk greets her (generally they remember her name) and checks her in. Most days she is seen within about 10 minutes to get her injections, we wait the 20 minute period of observation and then we are done. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

The location is pretty convenient too, lots of parking and easy access from the tollway.
We’ve been with this practice for about eight years. It started off very well, but over the past few years the quality of service has declined significantly.

In 2024, Dr. Van Wagoner missed a scheduled telehealth appointment with my child. I understand that appointments can run long, but no one from the office notified us or followed up. The next day, I had to call and request credit for the payment I was forced to make before the appointment. Since then, every interaction related to my child’s oral immunotherapy has been extremely frustrating—staff seem unsure how to schedule appointments or re-order the serum.

My other child receives allergy shots, and at a recent injection visit we were told that his serum had been lost.

Unfortunately, we feel stuck continuing care because we are already so far into treatment. However, for anyone else looking for an allergist, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid unnecessary stress.
_____________

UPDATE: The serum was not lost; it was used up, and we were not notified by the shot room that additional serum needed to be mixed. It has now been one week since I spoke with the office manager about this incident. While I left that conversation believing the remix would be expedited, we are still waiting for the serum. I have called once and sent two emails since then, without receiving a response. As a result, my child is now outside the window for his maintenance shot and will need to step down in dosage. Stay far away from this office.
Very friendly staff, helpful, and the physician took time and listened. Personable staff that is rare these days!
Amazing experience every time. I've gotten a lot of help with my allergies. Amazing doctors!
We had a fantastic experience with Hadiya Hussain. She has an excellent bedside manner and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. She’s never rushing through the appointment and always answers all our questions and concerns.
Terrible. Here in the office now. Waiting for an hour to do panel testing and they still aren't prepared. If you are short staffed how about not scheduling multiple patients during the same time block? How about having panels ready immediately after patient consult or when you take intake information where you asks for that information?
Dr Wagonner is the best allergist in DFW. He is expert in treating multiple food allergies, severe asthma and eczema. We are so thankful to Dr Wagonner and his staff because my kids were successfully desensitize to milk and my son’s severe asthma was treated and is no longer taking maintenance inhaler because his allergy shots were successful thru this clinic.
Great Job, very good experience!
Edit: dropped to 1 star and possibly negative star if I could. Extremely unprofessional and terribly organized clinic. Not only they got the maintenance of my medicine wrong, they messed up the schedule and made me come back many times to get my shot. Then I had to “speak to the manager” and wait more when I just try to get the damn thing done.

Waited 20-25 mins to get my shots when there are literally just 2 other people in there. Clearly as they grew bigger, they dropped their quality significantly

They force people to call to set appointment any time now, and each time takes 20 mins on hold and multiple call to get scheduled. What a joke

——
Incredibly slow staffs

They used to be ok and somewhat efficient when I started 2 years ago. Now they’re just taking their dam time crawling around slowly and take so much down time in between patients for the shots. It’s become a huge waste of my time to go here. Even with 2 patients ahead of my it’s a 15-25 mins wait before the shots

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
