I recently went to see Dr. Remer because I had a disc pinching my sciatic nerve. Couldn’t walk straight problems sleeping numbness and weakness. Dr. Remer was so detailed at explaining how everything works and our choice for treatment. Following Dr. Remer choice of treatments lead to relief and becoming more functional in daily life activities. His staff was extremely awesome and handled all of the insurance without issue and scheduling appointments was easy with clear communication. I would highly recommend Dr. Remer and his wonderful staff for your medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Remer for over 12 years and a quite complicated one at that. Dr Remer and the staff of American Pain and Wellness are OUTSTANDING ! They are all so nice and go out of their way to take care of their patients. I would recommend American Pain and Wellness to everyone. Thank You American Pain and Wellness for taking such good care of me.

I have been seeing Dr. Remer for several years due to chronic pain in my lower back and hips. Office staff is courteous , efficient and helpful. Dr. Remer is caring and listens to symptoms.

I’m a pt I was rear ended,.herniation & buldging L-4, L-5.. Talk about I was in AGONY!! I experienced numbness, tingling, fire, felt like ants were crawling down my leg to my foot. With my profession I am always on the go, and standing long period at a time. A really good friend of mine who is a chiropractor(Dr. Matt Chalmers)recommended that I see Dr. Remer. I was very pleased with my experience at American Pain And Wellness! Dr. Remer answered my questions, pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Remer came up with a plan to execute the culprit giving me problems in my back.:-) I can be a hard critic of clinics and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m in pain and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Dr.Remers was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism & care from Maria, Amanda, Jennifer,Tara, Iliana.The ladies are ALWAYS smiling & eager to help!

Dr. Remer and his staff do an outstanding job! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I went to see him for pain management of L5/S1 nerve pain. Received transforaminal epidural steroid injection twice and have seen significant improvement. I would highly reccomend him. went to the location for American Pain and Wellness in Allen TX.

Had appointment to see Dr Remmer. Never saw him. Instead saw nurse practitioner who wondered why I was seeing her instead of doctor. She checked with Dr Remmer who said he was too busy to see me today and wanted to set another appointment when he had time. In other words NOTHING was accomplished, I’m still in pain and they want me spend another $113 when he has time to see me (or so they can charge the insurance company again?) Ripped off! 3 weeks later and several attempts to reach the “office manager” and not one phone call returned. I’m getting snuffed at the front desk. They say she is off campus and will return my call...nothing. My next step is the Medical Board. I’ll try one more week and then I’ll kick it up a notch Still RIPPED OFF!!! By the way I’ve seen another doctor (with the Tarpon Group) and they addressed my issue quickly and efficiently and guess what, I paid $32.00, my copay. Not $113.00, why is that? I have filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board
