This office has been my first chiropractic experience and I have enjoyed everything about it. From the time I walk in; Marshay, the office manager greets you with a smile. Dr. Alana is the best! Great personality, very knowledgeable in her field and gets results! And Katelyn is a great therapy tech, she makes sure you’re comfortable and has great conversation! I’ve been going here for a little over a month and I feel better each time. Catch me here every 2-3 weeks 🤗
Zero star. dr obinna emechebe is by far the rudest physician I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Wait time will not factor in here. Interaction is what I am going to review. He was at the outset abrupt, unconcerned and mostly paying attention to his laptop when asking questions of me. Eye contact was minimal and interaction cursory especially after I explained my condition in medical terminology. He said “don’t tell me the medical terms”. I told him I was there for Pain Management treatment only. He told me then that they only treat through an “interdisciplinary program”. I said I do NOT want surgery, an implant, PT, nothing BUT pain management. He began treating me like a drug addict. He later said to me "it doesn't help you to be sarcastic" (he did not like me using medical terminology mind you) Say what?!!!! I responded by saying there's a difference between being sarcastic and factual. I have been successfully treated with opioid medication (low dosage BTW) for 16 years for a grave lumbar condition that thank goodness has remained stable. I moved and cannot find a physician to help. I am adamant that you avoid this place unless you want the interdisciplinary approach. Be warned though. In my opinion, if you do have any procedure and it goes bad for you don’t expect your pain to be minimized by medication. Or if you are already on pain medication don’t expect them to increase the dosage.
Hi I scheduled an appointment with Texas pain physician with Dawn to be seen today I got there and I noticed I left my debit card in my pants pocket yesterday when I was pumping gas so I asked Dawn if she could bill me she said absolutely not your going to have to reschedule I said I came here from Dallas she said know than she proceeded to say it’s not like you’ve been here before I said this was a honest mistake so as she continued to saying know she shut the window in my face I asked is there somebody higher that I could speak to she said I run this office so there’s know one else to speak to she told me to leave I asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me there was some lady’s leaving they called her Dawn then I asked was there a written policy where she said know I’m the manager here and that’s how she runs her office this was a very important appointment for me because I’m dealing with painful neuropathy Dawn was very disrespectful and rude I couldn’t believe her unprofessional attitude and behavior to the Doctors that work there your front desk person meaning Dawn should go to a class on customer service I hope another person never have to go through what I just went through
I’ve been a patient off Dr.W.Choteau of Texas Pain Physicians for over a decade. I live an active life, walking 2 miles a day. If it weren’t for them I would literally be stuck in bed all day every day. I highly recommend them.
Most understanding and professional people in pain management I've had the pleasure of doing business with.
The staff is always very professional and the doctor is easy to talk to.
My experience on this first visit was great! The staff is wonderful! NP Onuwali is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and caring. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. I have hope now!
Jarod was so nice along with the nurse practitioner. They made my visit very pleasant.
Got here at 1:15 it is now 2:23. Looks like it’s going to take another 30 to get me checked out. Never rush for this pain doctor. They are always slow on leaving
Ugonna and her staff are a good team and are always very helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend this clinic .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
