I have been seen at the Pain Relief Center for 3ish years now and love it. I was very sad when Dr. Chen left but have had amazing continued care with Dr. Ngo and Dr. Rodriguez. I am young to be in pain management and have had many doctors dismiss my issues. This was the first office to take the time to truly understand my case, explore my issues, and take my pain seriously. I love this office. I previously worked in Plano right down the street so it was very convenient. I now actually work in downtown Dallas and commute an hour and a half to be seen because it is worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his team!

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in pain. From the staff to the provider, everyone takes great care of their patients. Thank you to Britney, Kenia, Richard, Eileen, and Jessica for making my appointment great.

This place is awesome the staff are very nice and involve with what's going on with you . The Dr .Garbriel rodriguez remember your first name how awesome is that and he takes time to listen he don't rush you . This would be the perfect office for any kind of back in jury.

They let me go from the office after their mess up. The office manager was VERY unprofessional! So sad to have seen Dr Chen go. Don’t waste your money on this place! The manager is quite the joke and has no respect. You would think he is on the patients side but nope. Beware of him only caring about money. Steer clear of here!

This clinic was a referral from my PCP. I called several times to make an appointment. Finally got a hold of someone. They took my name, number and insurance information to verify benefits. Got a call back stating they are not accepting new patients. Why didn’t someone tell me that when I called? Got a call a few days later to make an appointment. Receptionist took all my information and confirmed an appointment date. Get a call the next day “there was a miscommunication, we are not accepting new patients. The appointment you had needs to be cancelled” - not very professional. Yes, I was a potential new patient. As a manager in customer service, the back and forth was unnecessary and clearly a sign of how the practice is run. Definitely dodged a bullet.

Dr Chen has been simply amazing! I worked with a previous doctor elsewhere and didn't have the best experience. However Dr Chen was patient, and took the time to work with me to address years of debilitating pain. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I saw this place once. paid my co-pay. I told the lady up front and the Dr I wasn't sure they were what I was looking for in a Dr. I called the next day told them not to pull the records from my previous Dr cause was going to keep searching. they sent me a bill by text msg. not by mail for a test they didn't have my permission to do. not paying for the test and not seeing the Dr ever again.

The treatment did wonders for my neck & back pain. Dr. Robert Chen is awesome & Flavia Calderon, the Office Administrator does an excellent job of explaining all the details of the billing.
