Doctor Pham is very friendly and professional. Really listens to the patient and tries to understand their particular issues. Also her staff is professional and have a sense of humor. Makes the visit pleasent.

Avoid her office. When I called, they said they'd accept Ambetter. We went there twice for labs and follow ups. Then then said our insurance is not in their plan, and we must pay in full. I called again and demanded to know why, they said they accepted Ambetter, just not " the Ambetter silver value", and it's client's responsibility to check with their insurance. Their billing people are extremely rude , by the way. They won't listen to you, they just want their money.

Upon the recommendation of a family member earlier this year, I became a new patient of Dr. Pham. After three separate visits now, I am truly impressed with her, both as to her medical knowledge diagnosing uncommon issues, and also as to being a super nice and caring human being. She took her time during each visit and it clearly showed that her prime concern is the health and welfare of her patients. I am truly fortunate to have found her.

I went to the doctor for my yearly checkup and got charged for an extra day of consultation. Billing people are rude. Left me with a bad vibe.
