I went to the ER at Presbyterian hospital in Plano. If I attempted to lay flat I experienced unbearable pain the even Oxy could not relive. They admitted me and the next day I met Dr. Shanks who after reviewing the MRI operated that evening. After the operation my back pain went to zero. Dr. Shanks diagnostic and operating skill gave me my life back.

Amazing experience with Dr. Shanks! From start to finish, he was communicative, thorough and sympathetic. My son had a tumor on his thoracic spine & it was a very scary time for all of us. Dr. Shanks was perfection during this hard time & my son is back at college & back to normal. Highly recommend.
