I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the office for about 3 weeks now just to schedule an appointment. They have picked up and hung up the phone on me multiple times. When someone does answer, I get placed on hold for a very long time. I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment. Will be asking my doctor to refer me somewhere else or just send me to the hospital to have the testing done.

From scheduling through front desk through both imaging technicians: efficiency and thoughtfulness- I’d recommend Touchstone Imaging Plano to every family member. They were great!

The facility is not ran well. They have patients scheduled for appointments but then you have to wait for 30- 40 min before you taken in. This is constant. Not just with mine appointment but every one in the office. The staff is not helpful, their response is consistently, I don’t know what to tell you.
