I’m disappointed with the service at this office. My son’s appointment was canceled without notice and no communication. Upon rescheduling, I received a confirmation, proving they never initially booked my appointment. Their attempts to shift blame and delay of a month for the next appointment are unacceptable. Recently visited with my mother as self pay. Dr.Karimi very unprofessional and didn't pay attention to anything just came in the room and left. And said there is nothing to worry about but check with other doctor. I would have gone to another doctor if this was needed.
